Own cottage with room for 1-3 people. Sofa and small dining area and small kitchenette with microwave, stovetop and fridge. Small shower and toilet. The whole cabin is 15 sqm. The cottage is located on a villa plot with a protected location. Parking space on premises. TV screen with chromecast. The bed is 120 cm wide and the upper bed is 90 cm. Approx. 4 minute walk to bus stop. Bus to Huddinge C about 10 minutes, then about a quarter of a commuter train to Stockholm. Bus to Södertörn University/Karolinska/Flemingsberg 10 min.

When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

There is a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine. You have access to free internet and built in speakers. It has great communications to City Center. Close to subway Fruängen and a bus stop just outside the garden. Only 15 min from Stockholmsmässan/Stockholm fair.

My apartment is a very beautiful and bright place right in the centre of Stora Essingen - an city island that belongs to the area of Kungsholmen. It is on the top floor on the corner of the building with mostly families with children as neighbour. The afternoon/evening sun will mesmerize you in the living room and kitchen and in the morning through the bedroom windows. Stora Essingen is sometimes called the Sthlm French qvarter due to the large inhabitants of French & the French school here...
