All very quiet, very well located apartment, quiet and very safe. Rodrigo was very transparent and proactive in helping. I would stay again if there was a chance. I had no problem with this stay for almost a month.

The apartment is excellent! Very comfortable, with impeccable cleanliness and extremely well sanitized. The refrigerator is excellent, the bathroom is very clean, and it even has amenities such as a coffee maker and air fryer, which were super practical during my stay. The barbecue was a big difference, making me feel at home. I recommend it without a doubt!

Extremely polite and attentive host, when I arrived he showed me all the market and convenience points near the place, and they were really very close, I hardly used the car. My reason for staying at Vila Bellica was because of the proximity to Amaral Carvalho hospital, and it really is very close. I didn't have any problems with the items in the house or any serious repairs needed, only one day I needed help from a professional and in less than 1:30 hours Claudia had already sent someone to see the situation, the person fixed what I needed and it was great, very fast, attentive and polite. I highly recommend the place, great cost benefit for those who need a place like I did. I would like to thank everyone, the host, the service guy, the people inside the condominium who don't make noise and are always respectful. Thank you, I recommend 10/10.

I spent great days at this home :D! I will post here the main differentials of the apartment: 1) Gym with various equipment; 2) Amplitude of household utensils; 3) Enough lockers and drawers in the rooms; 4) Coworking space; 5) Covered parking; 6) Induction stove; 7) 24-hour market; 8) Number of chairs and garbage; 9) Smart TV with a sizeable size; 10)Balcony with a stunning view. Not to mention the cordiality of the hosts ;).

I was with my fiancé during the end of the year in Lilian's apartment. She was very kind, polite and caring, the place was neat and perfect for us to just come in and use. In addition, the location is very good with dozens of options and nearby establishments. The checkin was quiet and the security of the place turned our vacation into a dream.

All clean and impeccable, with a unique whim! Margarete was an example of host, always very request and kind. If there is another opportunity, I will definitely stay in these accommodations again.
