Villa Rufolo

SteveRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Fantastic villa tucked away on the edge of a small hillside town. Facilities are excellent and very homely. Town itself has plenty of facilities, but for restaurants then nearest are 20-30min trek (5 min drive) down the hill. Good for visiting thermal spas and the beaches between Agropoli and Salerno. Pompeii is an hours drive away. Special mention to the excellent hosts who allowed us to arrive late due to delayed flight and stayed in contact via Wh@ts@pp throughout. It was good to have easy communication without it being intrusive. Really enjoyed our stay and would've loved to have stayed longer.

SOMNIUM LA DIMORA DEL RELAX

YuliaRating, 5 stars31 months ago
No more no less: that’s been our most amazing vacation by far!!! We stayed on Antonella’s incredible Villa for a month (August-September), and it literally had all we needed: many spacious rooms with separate bathrooms for different families; huuuuge garden where we played table tennis, soccer (yeah, picture how big the territory actually is!!!!); a nice size pool (we played water polo); the garden had lemon, grape and cactus trees (the fruits of each we were allowed to taste). Downstairs in the house there was a spacious living area where we used to enjoy splendid family dinners. Location-wise: the house is built so conveniently to an autostrada (if, let’s say, you decide to go to Salerno, or Amalfi coast for a day trip); there is a cheese factory about 300m away (mmm, that buffalo products just melted in your mouth); as well as there are fish, meat and super markets very close by. We shopped a lot and ate only fresh food! What else? – Yes, the beach. It’s 15 minutes drive (Paestum Lido) but is very nice and warm. We loved goin there for a dip. On the Villa, we had a gardener Pepe who would just be there for you for whatever it is you might need. So helpful and friendly (thank you Giuseppe). We had a BLAST!!! I don’t really know how you may not like this fantastically gorgeous Villa. We will surely be back!!!❤️ Love love love……Already missing it

Holiday Home in Strada Cervara

Had a great holiday. Host was very accessible and even gave us an attention because we were there with Easter Sunday our last day. Very large and beautiful house, everything on and off. Clean, cozy, really everything we could wish for and even more. You need a car there for a shop, etc., but is completely worth it. 5 stars for the hostess Rosa and her family

We had a wonderful three week stay. It was our 3rd vacation at Villa Emeliarco and we plan on coming back many more times. Emanuela is a perfect host and the country home is large and comfortable with a beautiful view. A perfect spot for rest and relaxation and as a base for exploring the region!
A serene swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious patio featuring lounge chairs. Lush greenery lines the perimeter, adding to the tranquil atmosphere. The pool is clear blue, and a gazebo is visible in the shaded area, providing a perfect spot for relaxation.

Countryside villa overlooking the vineyard

MariaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Where do we start… Potito and his wife Sara were lovely hosts (more like super hosts!!!). They greeted us in person and took us to his winery where we had the opportunity to try some of his wine (highly recommend his white), and then showed us the museum of Ascoli. Potito even made reservations for my husband and I at La Mediavalys which had breathtaking views from the top of the mountain, and an enjoyable atmosphere! We had just spent a few days in Rome, so being able to unwind in their lovely villa in the countryside of Ascoli was perfect—the terrace view was just like the photos, and did not disappoint! On one of the mornings, our car had a flight tire and Potito came and helped us. He took us to a local auto shop and stayed with us the whole time until it was changed. “Grazie mille, Potito e Sara!!”

Two-room ground floor apartment in Tricarico and parking

RosangelaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Beautiful experience, to redo. Very cozy and clean house, friendly and helpful owner, well equipped kitchen, everything new and with attention to detail. Convenient location, parking in front of the door, well-served area and 5 minutes on foot you are in the center of the beautiful and historic village. From this village, in the center of Basilicata ,you can leave to visit it easily . Too little one day, I can't wait to come back
A small balcony is framed by an ornate black iron railing, featuring potted plants. A bright window, flanked by light stonework, offers a view into the interior. An air conditioning unit is mounted above, complementing the bold red wall.

Il Cavalliere Bed & Breakfast. Balcony

ElioRating, 5 stars33 months ago
We spent two nights in Barletta, I have to say that the apartment , although small , perfectly met our needs. Located in the center with the possibility of always walking. The host is very courteous and has always made himself available.
An interior view showcases a light-filled dining area and staircase. A round table with a decorative tablecloth is positioned near a window, while light drapes softly filter sunlight. The spiral staircase, accented with wooden railings, leads to the upper level, enhancing the open atmosphere.

Relax in the Daunia Mountains

JohnRating, 5 stars12 months ago
The apartment was very comfortable with a 1950’s chic vibe. Dated but cool. Castelluccio Valmaggiore is far off the beaten path, even for rural Puglia. The townspeople were very friendly even though few spoke much English. The apartment was only a few steps from the Municipal offices where we met the mayor and his staff who helped us research my grandmother’s history. Lovely people and place.
A corner of the room is defined by a stone floor and warm natural tones. A wooden chair with a cushioned seat is placed next to a small cabinet featuring artistic decor. A woven basket is positioned nearby, enhancing the rustic charm of the space.

Casa Contadina - Castelmezzano

DavidRating, 5 stars5 months ago
whaouhhhh! a timeless place! the accommodation at the top really completely disconnected, atypical, with all the necessary (just missing the wine glasses;) ) its fireplace for an evening by the fire more than pleasant! beyond that, the village and the environment is really amazing! a night walk in the alleys! We had a delicious time we highly recommend it and probably no matter the season!

Our stay was perfect. Finely furnished apartment down to every detail, impeccable cleanliness, we had three very small children who crawled the entire time and the floor was super clean. Well-equipped kitchen, Mrs. Maria Antonietta was very kind, she made us use the washing machine for emergency. Highly recommended for location, comfort, and cleanliness.

...at Sandro's house

JeffRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Perfect in every way! Alessandro met us at the plaza near the apartment and spend about an hour helping us with our luggage, giving us a tour of the apartment and tips on where to find essential items locally. When we had a problem with the wifi he brought special tools and fixed the connection immediately. By the time we left we considered Alessandro a friend. And the apartment was the nicest and most affordable one we have ever rented on Airbnb. In addition to being a beautiful modern space, it was stocked with all of the essentials you would possibly need for cooking, bathing and laundry. While we enjoyed Rome, Naples, Ostuni and Matera, it was a treat to escape the crowds of tourists and enjoy a quiet, historic, southern Italian town. We could not have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Alessandro's apartment if you're planning to visit this part of Italy.

Pietro and Lisa's house is very spacious. We have enjoyed the beautiful place and especially the breakfast on the large terrace. Pietro and Lisa welcomed us very warmly and prepared a delicious bowl of delicacies. During the stay we kept in touch in a nice and warm way. Garaguso is an attractive, old village. There are several shops and a supermarket. For a restaurant you have to drive a little further.

Lukanian idyll in nature

AntonioRating, 5 stars46 months ago
Angela's house is just amazing, you will be able to disconnect from the caos of a big city, be in touch with the nature and even get some fresh fruits from the trees on the properties and the forest near by I went there from December till July and I can tell that each season has a different feeling and are just amazing, the house kept us warm during the snowing days and fresh during the hot days, on summer there is a fresh wind that is really refreshing! My 2 years soon also loved all the space to play, and the places to discovery! Angela is also an amazing host, always helped with anything we needed, always checking on us to make sure we were having the best experience ever, I was looking for a good experience and a place to stay but I came out with a good friend! Also, the neighbors (specially Vita that received us) are the most lovely people I have ever met on my life, telling us good places to visit, showing us the local cuture, helping with anything we needed for our stay. Everything about Angela's place is just amazing, perfect. Tks for all Angela, hope to return soon!
