Casa Mantilla is one of the most beautiful houses in Barichara, its award-winning architecture, located in the perfect point of the town you can walk everywhere and rest in the house without noise or hassle from cars or tourism. They welcome your pet and the house has everything to enjoy it!

This place is very good. It's quiet, nice and cool. The place is impeccably clean and totally worth it. Olga, who works on the site, is a great help from before you get to the site. A perfect place to return.

Jenny was an amazing host, very friendly and helpful with everything we needed to get to know the town of Barichara!! The accommodation was also spectacular, very quiet to rest and enjoy as a family, fully recommended, it is a 20/10 and I would come back a thousand times.

The house is just like in the pictures and better, feels homey while modern and well maintained, super well stocked and with an angel called Luz with such a good disposition, cooking great meals for us, helping us order anything needed. The house was spotless with all the infrastructure I would have at home. Lots of space. Luz and her mom maintained the house clean and tidy for us with a smile in their face at all times. The town has a lot to offer but can be challenging driving a car around in high season as streets are narrow with lots of people out and about and cars parked. Much better to just walk around and use the tuk tuks yo move around if needed. Such an amazing place, I would come back 100%.

This place was amazing. Location is perfect. Close to everything but in a peaceful location. Olga is incredible and was very patient with her communication as I speak no Spanish. Every morning she would make us a fantastic authentic Colombian breakfast that would start the day right. We came for a wedding and with all the rooms and space, it was the PERFECT place for groomsmen to prepare for a wedding. Jorge was great to communicate with as we were very late arriving and also worked to get me a ride back to airport. Loved it. I will say if you are used to sleeping in very cold conditions, this may be a challenge for you to get used to. That seems to be a common thing in Barichara though.

An excellent place to rest with privacy and tranquility. It's a very comfortable, cool house that has everything you need for a stay of a few days. The view is amazing, the beds are super comfortable, and it has all the comforts you need.

Excellent place to be with family or friends, super good location and with everything you need for a good stay. Wendy was super friendly and was always very attentive to everything we needed.

Beautiful rustic home. Included amenities such as towels, linens and basic kitchen needs. Host was responsive to our needs and questions. Location is within walking distance to restaurants, main square, mirador and hiking trails. Highly recommend to bring fans during warm weather and bug spray for all seasons (as with all places in Colombia). Listing notes no hot water, however there is hot water in the main bedroom. Main bedroom is separate from the main house connected through covered courtyard-type patio. We were all adults so this was not a problem, however if you travel with young children you would be separated if parents are staying in the main bedroom. The two rooms in the main house each have a king and twin so there is still plenty of bed space. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the location is excellent.

We came from London to spend time to my family. Casa Real hosted us with great energy, a truly magical place. Silvia and Ricardo were also incredible human beings keeping on top of things and helping us every step of the way. We were a group of 14 people that enjoyed every space of the house. We had an art therapy session in one of the sitting areas and a great session of board games in the dining room. We can thank enough for having this opportunity. Casa Real is highly recommended with the great touch from Silvia and Ricardo.

We simply loved Javier's house, authentic, well furnished, with everything you need and more for a pleasant stay in this magical place that is Barichara. Communication was perfect, location too, I just have no comments, it was beyond our expectations.

We spent New Year's Eve at Casa Berlu in Barichara, accompanied by family and friends, and the experience was simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were delighted with the magnificent architecture and design of the house, which combines comfort, spaciousness and tranquility in one place. A place with large spaces, the rooms are very comfortable, with beds that guarantee a good rest, and impeccable cleanliness in every corner. The common spaces are ideal, from the living room to the dining room, through the outdoor corners that invite you to relax. A great point to note are the two parking spaces, which is very practical, especially if you're traveling in a group. In addition, it has an area designed for barbecues, which was perfect for enjoying outdoor meals in an unbeatable atmosphere. A Wonderful place.
