This house was comfortable and cool, with lovely sea breezes the whole time. We had a couple of small issues and Ben was quick and helpful in finding solutions. if you like walking, sea breezes, water access, and just general relaxing, then this place is for you.

Staying at Graeme and Sherry’s place was an absolute pleasure! They are incredibly welcoming and thoughtful hosts who go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had a warm, homey feel. Their kindness and hospitality made me feel truly at home, and they were always available if I needed anything. I really appreciated the small details that made the stay even better. If you’re looking for a peaceful, cozy, and well-cared-for accommodation with fantastic hosts, this is the place to be. This our second stay at Anthony's family air B&B, and our initial impressions are overwhelmingly positive. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds offer optimal comfort with immaculately clean linen, and the bathrooms are tastefully designed, featuring body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, which serve to enhance the overall sense of luxury. The outdoor area is a peaceful oasis, where one can unwind and bask in the pleasant sounds of birdsong and the water feature. We fully intend to book again in the future.

Beautiful location, very low key. the house was beautiful and welcoming. Low set house which was perfect for mobility issues as there wasn’t very many stairs and loved the games closet and the lawns were perfect for playing outdoor games with the kids. Celebrated my son and mother’s birthday and it was perfect holiday for beach and rock lovers. to come back and watch the sunset and have family dinner out on the veranda looking out at the water was amazing. 10/10 and the little shops down the road had everything we needed and good food.

We loved the location and simple comfort of this “beach cottage” so much that we extended our stay! While the living room sofa and outdoor furniture could definitely use updating for greater comfort and aesthetic, some of the fluorescent lighting is intense, and the hall shelves and patio nook need a clean up and some TLC, these are easily overlooked as the sound of the waves and ocean breeze calmed us from every corner of the charming little apartment, watching the sunrise and waves roll in from the sunny main bedroom balcony, and relaxing all day on the patio and grass that are literally steps from the beach. The apartment block is incredibly quiet, the bathroom and ceiling fans are modern and lovely, and it’s a beautiful easy walk to Bargara shops and restaurants. We’d come back for sure.

We had the most magical stay at this stunning property. The house was immaculately clean, spacious, and perfectly located just a short stroll from Archies Beach. The breathtaking ocean views and serene atmosphere made it an idyllic getaway spot. We hosted our surprise wedding here, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect setting. Even with a touch of rain, the appearance of rainbows added a truly magical touch to our special day. Azza & Emily were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and welcoming, ensuring everything was set up perfectly for our stay. The property had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable spaces for our family and friends to relax. We can’t recommend this property enough for anyone looking for a relaxing beachside escape, It’s a place where memories are made!

Lovely outlook & beautiful secluded property. Very welcoming, friendly hosts & we greatly appreciated the personal touches! We felt right at home with everything you could possibly need & couldn't fault a thing. We stayed 5 nights & if time allowed would have loved to have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

I had such a great stay at Shaaron’s place! It was super cute and beautifully styled, with some lovely Easter touches that made it feel really welcoming. The location was awesome—just a quick walk to the beach. Shaaron was easy to communicate with and made everything smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely come back and totally recommend it to anyone heading that way.

Sue was an amazing host. Sue was friendly, informative and approachable theoughout our stay. The apartment and complex is in a great central location whilst also being peaceful and quiet.

Bargara Beach Bliss

What a gem! Michael has thought of everything you might need for your stay - kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all amenities you could think of. Cooking utensils and pans were in great condition which is a rare find with beach units. Great selection of toys and board games to keep kids of all ages busy and courtyard area was perfect for hanging out during the day as it’s in full shade. The pool looked great but was a bit cold for us this time round. All beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed which we pulled out for a movie night in front of the tv. Walking distance to almost everything, we barely used the car. We will definitely be back!

Natalie's unit is well situated to local restaurants , parks and the beach. It was neat and tidy and had everything my family needed. I would definitely recommend her place to other travellers.

The apartment was great. Superb location on the beach, close to cafes and shops. Not a lot of attention to detail - just one towel per guest, no face washers... The host didn't respond to questions asked via Airbnb - had to phone them (internationally) to get a response. The apartment doesn't have wifi; I found this detail in the listing after making the booking so I can't complain but in the 21st century, internet access is a pretty basic requirement, particularly as Airbnb is a web-based operation. Interestingly, the host sent emailed messages after our arrival despite the property not having wifi. I guess they assumed we would have bought a data package.... Overall, it was a great spot but needs wifi.

This unit was in pristine condition, in a quiet neighbourhood, with garage parking (huge bonus)! It was exactly as described. Everything is so well presented and cared for and little details (bottled water, coffee and tea, milk in the fridge) make all the difference. Thank you for a wonderful few days.

Wow, Elizabeth's place was a definite standout! So many extra little touches, from the homemade jam to the lovely soft blankets for cuddling on the very comfy lounge. The place was set up so well, was absolutely pristine, and had everything you could think of. I have rarely run across such a thoughtful host. It was great to be so close to our relatives and also the gardens. We will be back again and explore from this terrific location.
