Very nice accommodation, well-equipped, large and spacious. Clear instructions for finding the accommodation on the ground floor. Other than that, very good location, on a rather quiet street, close to the historic center of Laon! But very little insulation (day around the front door, and poorly insulating windows): you can hear outside noises and neighbors from above.

The place met our expectations. We enjoyed the specialty "maroilles tart", as well as the breakfast left in front of the bedroom door A little + for the treat box that our dog greatly appreciated. All the instructions for using the hot tub and sauna were very clear The owners respected our privacy If I had to give a negative point, it would be the noise of the fridge at night which is quite disturbing. Otherwise, I recommend the accommodation for a romantic night

Everything went very well, well-equipped accommodation with a very nice exterior! Good communication with Ludovic. I recommend it!

good accommodation... practical and functional... we are in the heart of the medieval city... however no telephone network in the accommodation... fortunately we had wifi... to park we had to park a little further than expected because of construction in the neighborhood... we'll come back no problem

Jean-Baptiste's property is upscale. The apartment, original in its design, is tastefully equipped. You can feel in every detail that everything is done to make the stay enjoyable. The equipment provided is the best. Whether it's the appliances or the dishes, the shower or the plancha, nothing is wrong, everything works perfectly. The pots, for example (often with dubious coating in many AirBnBs) are impeccable. Everything is clean and perfectly tidy. A giant screen awaits you to watch good movies or……play on the console! I was particularly surprised by the small garden where the grass is lush and particularly well maintained. Great property. Congratulations and thank you to our hosts. My son and I had a great time!
