Our 1914 Craftsman home is just blocks from downtown Waxahachie and Nelson University (formerly SAGU). Private entrance to a large suite with a sitting area, kitchenette, workspace with WiFi, and a private bathroom. Please be aware that our city has recently enacted a "Short Term Rental" ordinance and we are now required to collect and remit local Hotel Occupancy Taxes, which will be added to our nightly fee. Also, our room is licensed for 2 guest only, unless you have an infant.

You’ll see sprawling fields, hay bales, wide open sky, and beautiful sunsets in the distance. The setting is serene, and mostly quiet...because it is the country after all!
