Ubicado en zona exclusiva de Lecherias, consta de 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, sala, cocina empotrada con desayunador, tiene lavadora, secadora, nevera. Horno. Totalmente equipado, excelentes areas recreativas, tiene puesto de muelle para embarcación, sala de fiesta que cuenta con mesa de pin pon y futbol de mesa, area de parrillera, piscina con espejo de agua, estacionamiento. Cuenta con camaras y vigilancia privada las 24horas. Dos dormitorios, pero duermen una docena al momemtobde la chiquita! ;)

It has 3 bedrooms each with cable TV, 2 bathrooms, a living room with cable TV and internet, 2 central air conditioners, water 24 hours a day, an equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a terrace with a grill, large green areas, a swimming pool and a gazebo. It has its own parking lot and a visitor's parking lot. 5G Wi-Fi.

It is located near the beach and many shops. It's safe and quiet.
