I and my friends really liked the apartment. Pretty much the same in the photos. At first I thought the location to arrive by car would not be easy, but it is, well located.

My evaluation will be double because the first time I was unable to do it. Second time we have hosted with Dona Marluce, and we love it, as the place is very clean, organized, has everything you need in the kitchen. It also has water to drink. The air-conditioner is excellent. As a very cold taste, I requested a blanket at night. And, Dona Marluce, even in her rest, attended me with all her kindness and patience. The view is wonderful, a beautiful green, with the singing of the birds. A balcony that invites you to a coffee in the afternoon. I only remembered the song "Simples Assim" by Pedro Pondé: "Feel the peace of this place /Makes you want to stay forever/I leave thinking of coming back..." About the hostess, do not worry that although it is a big request, do not invade your privacy. Next door is another airbnb space from Mrs. Mêrces, they are neighbors and friends. Dona Mêrces is another wonderful, sewing, maize porridge, massage....1001 things. They are a love of people and are always willing to serve.

Adail was very friendly and helpful, she helped us with everything we needed. The apartment is comfortable, airy, was clean and well maintained, close to the main sights of Belém.

The house is a simple and comfortable place, it has a very well-equipped open kitchen, all the appliances work. There is a patio and a balcony to hang a hammock and relax. An amazing beach just 500 meters away, practically deserted. But best of all is the human quality of Bruna and her partner, nice and sensitive people, giving tips and advice for a better stay. I felt cared for by them.

Stayed in the very spacious apartment for two weeks. Jofre was always very communicative, willing to help and provide useful information and instructions. I used Google Translate a lot, as I don't speak Portuguese. Enjoyed the terrace with the most amazing view over the city and river a lot. The swimming pool is an added value and allows for a good swim too. The living room and the main bedrooms have airco. The kitchen is basic but OK. The apartment has a parking space. Top location. Close to restaurants, shopping mall, super market, touristic places. City development was ongoing in the neighborhood, so the location will for sure even have more added value in the future.

Vitor Hugo is a great host. Kindness, proactivity, and more. The place has a great location, good level of security. The place is comfortable, spacious, pleasant, with air-conditioning that works well, which for Belém is a necessity. The service of the Condominium employees is cordial.

Super cozy apartment, full of details that makes us feel welcomed and in a cozy environment. Polite, super attentive and proactive host. The condominium has a great leisure area with a natural pool and a small forest with exercise and leisure equipment, in addition to being an extremely quiet place. When I come to Belém again, I will certainly come back here.

Great stay and accommodation. The Batista Campos neighborhood, where the apartment is located, is one of the best, if not the best neighborhood in Belém for those who want to be close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. The accommodation was impeccable, and the host was always kind and answered all my questions quickly. I'll be back again.

We really like Karina's apartment. Well located, we could do several things on foot. The apartment is large, well furnished and equipped. Comfortable Camas. Karina is a thoughtful host who resolves the setbacks quickly and who has still given us several tips about Belém. We would stay there again, without a doubt.

Very quiet accommodation, serving me very well in the two months I stayed in Belém, I really felt at home, I could count on a washing machine, a good area to dry clothes and a kitchen with everything I needed. Phoenix and his mother always helpful, with good indications of restaurants and places to meet in Belém. Quiet surroundings, I arrived at dawn several times, without any problems during my entire stay.

One of the best experience that I’ve ever had. Parys was super nice and ready to help us anytime. I highly recommend the accommodation if you really wanna experience something kinda into the wild, just a slice of Amazon. I still need to work on the amazing videos that I’ve made over there with drone and etc. Rosy’s food is just amazing, best meals we had in our entire stay in Brazil.

The house is wonderful, just like it is in the photos, clean and organized, had everything we needed, check in and check out without bureaucracy, the super friendly housekeeper, the location is more than perfect, a jump from the beach of Beja, shops, markets, bakery and pharmacies very close! The hostess Rosa is a 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answer all questions quickly! We had a problem with the wifi and the bathroom, but nothing interested in our accommodation. My family loved the accommodation and we'll be back next year.
