Enchanted Refuge by the Lake with Garden

This place was absolutely charming! The space was cozy, clean, and full of character — from the rustic wooden furniture to the sweet little kitchen setup. The views from the windows were incredible, with colorful flowers framing the water just steps away. It was peaceful, relaxing, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One thing to note: we did get a few stares from people in the area, and the police drove by a couple of times. It felt a little uncomfortable at first, but it may just be routine for the neighborhood. Still, the beauty and calm of the location made it a worthwhile experience overall. Would recommend for anyone looking for a scenic, quiet escape.

It is truly a shame AirBnB limits reviews to 1000 characters, because if I could, I would write a review of the utmost praise for Rubina and her apartment of 1000 words. I had the opportunity to stay in Anguillara for a month, and I simply cannot imagine having found a more magical town, more charming and well-appointed apartment, or a more responsive, and far more importantly, kinder host. Rubina exceeded all expectations a guest hopes for: early check-in, easy and quick communication, instant answers to any questions. I should absolutely add that Marika too was a delight to communicate with, gracious enough even to offer to drive me to the supermarket on my first day to stock up for the month. Every tiny detail of the AirBnB was impeccable and of exquisite taste-- down to the light and water fixtures. It was equipped with everything one needed for a long stay but more crucially, with the love felt in every aesthetic touch and every communication. Grazie di cuore.

Quiet area away from urban noise. Large and welcoming house with a garden that is not for the exclusive use of the house, but partly inaccessible and therefore not usable by my 2 dogs. Antonella, the owner, is very attentive to the needs of her guests, helpful and discreet, clean and fragrant house, with everything you need and even more. Anyway, a great experience.

Verena was so amendable when our flights were delayed. Everything we needed was available and Verena was available to answer any local questions. the area was full if interesting sights and attractions. I highly recommend Verena and her airbnb
