Very clean and spacious rooms. Hosts are super proactive and easily communicable. Home made foods are available for nominal charges. The garden outside is well maintained. Owner of this place is very nice and friendly person. Location wise it's very near to both Dalgate and Lal chowk, two main attractions of Srinagar. One suggestion: If you are reaching the property at night taking your vehicle (cab/auto) to the property gate would be a good idea to avoid interaction with the street dogs in the dark approaching lane.( approx 200 meters only)

The place is cozy and well-maintained, making it a great option for a stay with friends or family. Though the food options were limited, everything we ordered was delicious, and the staff was respectful and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and equipped with heaters, hot water, and electric bed warmers, which made the stay comfortable. However, there were frequent power cuts that occasionally affected access to hot water. Also, keep in mind that the property is located about 30 minutes outside of Srinagar, not within the city itself.

We had a truly lovely stay, and I must say, Rishi is an exceptional host. He went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable in every possible way. His suggestions for places to visit, dining, and shopping were always spot-on and reliable. The property itself is stunning and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat. If you're looking to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of the city this is the perfect place to relax. Highly recommended!

It was an excellent experience. Mr. Vidur Wazir has a beautiful heritage property infused with family collectibles and stories dating back to generations. He himself was very friendly and knowledgeable.. the property is centrally located with clean facilities and excellent food. The helpers were also very nice and attended to every need. The place and the host exudes elegance and we highly recommend the place to get a flavour of authentic kashmir

We had a wonderful experience staying at Basharat’s place. The flat (2 BHK) was exactly as described—clean, cozy, equipped with everything. Rooms were stocked with heaters and bed were comfortable with electrical blankets. We didn't feel cold in room. Two bathrooms equipped with water heaters. Kitchen didn't had induction/gas stove, but we didn't needed. There was an electric kettle. Bablu (helper) was polite, always there to make snacks/tea anytime. We had breakfast only everyday which was good. Mr Basharat was an outstanding host. He was friendly, very helpful. He made sure that we had the best experience and memories in Kashmir, also ensured we feel like home there. He and his wife recommend kashmiri foods and shops which we tasted and enjoyed. Location was peaceful. 10 km from airport, 1 km to some restaurants and small shop and park nearby. I'd recommend staying at this place and would definitely return if I’m ever in the area. The sunvilla is a great property to stay if you are in a group of around 10 members, 4 bedrooms with dining and hamam area with wonderful garden outside is a lovely experience, just 1 thing is missing there that is paid kitchen which i felt little disappointing as every BNB includes it but they clearly mentioned about that so not their mistake. Overall everything was great there and Mr. Faisal is friendly supportive man taking care of the guests very well.

Our stays in the Nehal's Airbnb were wonderful , peaceful and comfortable. We felt like at home away home. there was not a single issue . Food prepared by host was wonderful and delicious. Although we felt the cost of food in whole Srinagar is on higher side as compare to other tourist places . As we have seen in different Airbnb accomodation, we missed wall mounted soap dispensers in bathrooms. Thanks for your wonderful services.

loved the place! the caretaker Yasir was very responsive and ready to help without being intrusive. Kids and Parents thoroughly enjoyed the spacious heated bedrooms and the cozy blankets. The kitchen was well stocked with every conceivable appliance present and in a working condition. The kitchen was well maintained and clean with zero pests. the highlight was the huge garden outside which was well kept. It was raining most of time we were there so we couldn't enjoy it to the fullest sadly. the location is just off the main road and surrounded by hotels, however this place has a homely vibe to it that is unbeatable. will surely recommend this place to families who want a comfortable homely experience

We stayed at Aamir’s place in July 2024 when we visited Kashmir for the first time with our families. Aamir, Muneer and Aadil made the entire experience extremely comfortable. The very day we arrived, we were upgraded without asking for it as they saw that my mum in law can’t walk a lot so we were given the rooms close to the entrance. We arrived quite late (around 10pm) because of flight delays and had no idea where we will find food from at this hour but they made sure that we don’t sleep hungry. They prepared a full meal this late in the night and for all days that we stayed there, even if we needed something at 1am in the night, they were all happy to help. The place is beautiful and very nicely maintained. They have a beautiful garden just behind the rooms where we had breakfast and made some core memories. Aamir also recommended some places to visit and helped make transport arrangements. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. This was home away from home.
