Very nice place to stay for small family

Tessa and her staff welcomed us warmly and gave clear instructions as well as good local recommendations. I love how the accommodation wasn’t too far from the city center and it’s pretty near to local hotspots such as the palace (keraton), alun-alun, pasar ngasem, and jalan prawirotaman. My brother and I felt safe and peaceful at the accommodation as there was enough privacy for us. We loved the outdoor concept but I was personally quite wary when there was a worker cleaning the rooftop above the toilet on one occasion. It’s not a problem at all as I believe they are aware and careful of this. The breakfast spread was simple but hearty and it always brings a smile to our faces. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Langen Saré again when I visit Jogja. The traditional structure and ambience of the accommodation as well as the warmth from all the staff feels like home to us. Kudos to Tessa and team! 🙏🏽

Dear Vega, I want to say thank you so much for your kindness, and allow my family to check in early. thank you so much for your help. my family so happy, comfortable. i booked this villa for my mom birthday. the villa is big, has swiming pool , everyone just love to swim, the cow, rice padi. my mom even discuss with the farmer in this area. the area of the house is quiet, beautiful view. all the peoples like the comfortable bed too. the trees around this house is nice too. everything is tidy and clean, such amazing house in every detail. I'm happy has a house like this in Yogya. my family said want to stay longer, my father said , i don't want to move , very comfortable. Vega provide beautiful dragon fruit, watermelon, eggs, bread, tea,coffee. that really enough for 4 people especially in the morning. i recommended 100% this place to everyone who want to stay in Yogya, want to quiet time and want to close with nature. i will stay in this villa if i'mback to Yogy

I really love the place! Everything is so unique and beautiful. It’s pretty close from one hut to another hut but it’s totally fine. Love the overall ambience of the place and the room!

Mas Arief's place is a wonderland of peace. It is about 20 minutes away from the city center, which is something to keep in mind. For me, this was absolutely perfect. The calmness of the village life was exactly what I needed. I stayed here for two weeks while finishing a project, and I was able to focus and relax at a very high level. The daily breakfast was always delicious and ibu kept the place spotless on a daily basis as well. Cannot recommend this place enough. Will come back.

We stayed with our 3 children for 4 nights with Tissa and felt very comfortable. The place was very generous, bigger than we expected! The common area was super nice to rest and is a little reminiscent of a dojo. There are also several seating options outside. Overall super nice! Tissa was always easily accessible, had great tips and was very understanding and generous! Thank you for everything, dear Tissa! Important note: There is a great restaurant nearby, the Tirto Raharjo Homestay, within walking distance. We were initially skeptical as it was very empty (many tables, most not occupied) The value for money is great (for a European) it is a brilliant mix of European and Indonesian cuisine. The non-alcoholic drinks are also great. If the restaurant was in my home, it would be my new favorite restaurant (although it would be 4-5 times as expensive) We would come back anytime!

Wonderful quiet place. Super friendly staff, nothing was too much. Extensive breakfast every day and we could always ask for snacks and drinks during the day.

An extremely great villa, with peaceful garden, flowing rivers and waterfalls view. There are two great houses in the villa, both of them are warm and with local features. You can enjoy great time in this villa, doing yoga on the platform beside the river, setting on the sofa inside the yard, and partying with friends in the cozy living room. It is a beautiful, peaceful and mindful stay. The housekeepers are warm to welcome us. It is an unforgettable experience for the accommodation with Winda’s house and it can become the reason for next time visit to Yogyakarta again in the future.
