Vacation rentals with beach access in Banten

it’s my second time for staying in Qing apartment, it was nice.

Place is very comfortable to stay in . Highly recommended .

We enjoyed our stay at Dedi’s place! It is very clean,the aircon is cold and the water heater works out well (we stayed at this apartment many times with different hosts and find most of the property’s water heater doesn’t work out well) So we’re glad we found Dedi’s place and recommend it to anyone looking a place to stay in PIK area

I recommend it. I spent happily with polite and prompt response. The view from the room is wonderful as you can see the sea.

Pengalaman 1 malam sangat menyenangkan berkumpul bersama keluarga tercinta Kelebihan: Dekat dengan Pantai: Lokasi vila dekat dengan pantai memberikan pengalaman seperti memiliki pantai pribadi. ​ Kenyamanan dan Kebersihan: Kamarnya nyaman & wangi, lantai setiap ruangan bersih, disediakan extra-bed, handuk, tikar/karpet Fasilitas Lengkap: AC tiap kamar dingin, air kamar mandi bersih dan kencang, peralatan dapur & alat memasak, piring, gelas lengkap Kekurangan: Tidak ada WIFI & Fasilitas Karaoke Akses Jalan menuju Vila masih tanah bebatuan, ketika musim hujan tinggi air lumayan menggenang (masih aman dilalui) dan banyak bangunan terbengkalai dan tidak terawat

Enak nyaman tempatnya keluarga seneng, pak Ruli penjaga vila juga sangan responsif dan cepat tanggap

little bnb is a very wonderful and helpful host. they are proactive, communicative and helpfull. the house is very great and worth it, our childrens had wonderful time playing in the house and amazed with the bedrooms also the movie room. although its quite far from the highway access, but the facilities around the house is very great and worth the trip..a little bit improvement in the movie room and maybe a little bit bigger atove in the kitchen would make the house even mpre wonderful..overall we love the house and had great time there. thank you little bnb.

Rumahnya pas sudah sesuai, furniture lengkap semua, full AC juga. Proses check in cepat. Namun tdk ada TV & wifi tapi sebenarnya it's okay krn kami hanya menginap saat malam tahun baru jd lebih banyak diluar. Ke club house jg dekat bisa jalan kaki. Adrian as a host jg sangat responsif dan fast response. All good 👍🏻

Outstanding place. Easy to find if you have Google maps, check in easy, host responsive when we had a slight issue (resolved within an hour). Onsite staff polite and helpful. Beach hotel and bar 5 mins drive is brilliant for a large pool, breakfast, lunch and dinner with a beer or cocktail too! Jet ski hire, boat rides and ATV hire 5 minutes away. Great place to relax. Could not have wished for a nicer experience.

We spent a delightful five nights at the villa in early July 2022. The location is idyllic and perfect for relaxation. The upstairs covered verandah is ideal for ocean-side yoga sessions, especially at sunrise. While I am 80 and my wife is 71 - we found no physical limitations and were able to enjoy a marvelously peaceful visit. Essentially the only sounds are those made by the waves landing on the beach below. Martin and his wife took care of us admirably and the Alfamart across the street was convenient for restocking provisions. We will definitely be back in the future.

Menginap disini sangat menyenangkan, banyak hal yg bs kami lakukan, tempat sangat bersih. Pak Robertus sangat baik, responsif, dan memberi kami waktu untuk sholat dl sebelum check out.

Tempatnya bagus walaupun bangunan nya cukup tua..wifi kenceng.bisa netflix android tv nya ok banget.anak2 habis berenang di pantai bisa makan sambil nonton....fasilitas ok.air kamar mandi lancar.ada alat masak ckp lah...tapi kompor listriknya kadang suka error.. hanya 1 ac kamar nya gk dingin.kamar yang satunya dingin bgt... suasana nyaman ... pantai bersih ada petugas yg bersihin klo pagi2.. banyak yg jualan.cukup agak maksa...tp gk apa beli seperlunya bantu bantu ekonomi mereka..pijit bayar 20rb 30mnt...mayan buat ilangin pegel semoga bu indy dan penjaganya pak zaki bisa memaintenance dengan baik. kami pasti balik kesana lagi.anak2 suka. bgt...

Bersih, tenang krn berada di lantai atas jd tidak diganggu oleh warga sekitar yg terus menawarkan dagangannya. Hanya dua point yg sy ingin sampaikan ke ke owner untuk apt nya: 1. ac yg di kamar seberang kamar mandi bocor jd harus kita tampung airnya dengan baskom, dan itu sangat mengganggu untuk tidur dimalam hari karena titik2 air yg jatuh ke ember berisik sepanjang malam serta mengganggu kegiatan dikamar. overall ac dingin tidak masalah 2. Selang pancur air untuk toilet sudah hampir patah sehingga tidak bisa dipakai krn air muncrat kemana mana. Itu saja sedikit masukkan dari kami. sy merecomendasikan apt ini bila ada yg ingin menyewa, lsg menghadap pantai yg bersih dan luas. Ranjang banyak, didepan kamar tamu juga ada spring bed untuk yg ingin tidur diselingi deburan ombak. dua sofa bisa dijadikan juga tempat tidur. Semoga dengan diperbaikinya masalah diatas bisa lebih memberikan kenyamanan yg sempurna untuk penyewa. Thank you so much Nick.

Very spacious since it is actually 3 units combined. The actual condition is the same with the pictures. The helper, Pak Jaki is very responsive. Please note that this place is on third floor (2 level after ground).

We spend 3 nights at the teddy bear unit and it was really lovely. Jess is a great host, very helpful and responsive. The place is super cute, clean and have all amenities that we need. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
