Located in a quiet part of OLD Quinns, the studio is light and airy , with plenty of windows to catch fresh sea breezes....leave the windows open and some nights you might even smell the ocean. Even with blockout blinds the sun may not wake you but the birds might ! We have lots of Willy Wagtails & Pink & Grey Galahs. From the deck or the couch , enjoy the glorious views over the Nature Reserve filled with grasstrees. Please note that bookings including children will not be accepted.

Situated in spacious grounds overlooking fields, Birdsong is a perfect blend of tranquility & convenience, only 5 minutes from Wanneroo town centre. Owners, Jane, Stuart, Mia and Chewie (dog) live on-site in the main house. Birdsong is an attached but separate and private dwelling with its own entrance. Umatah Retreat Chalet

Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.
