Awesome!! Absolutely what we were looking for. We would have liked to have stayed longer but let's say we changed our plan!! So we'll most certainly be back!! There was absolutely everything!! The rooms are spacious and nice!! The host was very welcoming and came to greet us when we arrived, i.e. after midnight. There is coffee from the water fountains!! Everything for cooking; we are not far from shops. He even made available a motorbike to go for a walk NO but that's GREAT!!! I would recommend it to anyone who wants a little change of scenery!! Thank you so much for hosting us and breakfasts

I love this place. I stayed here for four nights to escape the central Yogya crowds. The view is pure, lush greenery with serene rice fields stretching out. The sounds are uniquely rural Javanese, from geckos and gamelan to prayers from the mosques. It’s a different world, just 20 minutes from the city centre, and all within reach. Food is readily available and delicious. The staff is polite and attentive. In my case, they stayed behind and let me enjoy peace and harmony in the blend of nature and culture. Thanks, I’ll be back!

A true paradise! Beautiful views, completely relaxed. A few restaurants are within walking distance. The plunge pool was well appreciated by our child (3). The communication with Achmed and the staff was great. Because we stayed there for longer, we got free breakfast. That was delicious, fresh fruit every day, steamed desserts in rice leaf and nasi or bami goreng. And the stay was cleaned daily. The living room is completely open, so if you don't like heat that's something to keep in mind. We loved it. In the two bedrooms there is AC.

I work in Indonesia and visit regularly, but this was my family's first visit to Indonesia so I wanted them to have a flawless experience and you delivered! The view and private infinity pool were highlights, along with the perfectly appointed Javanese villa. What was an extra surprise was the quality of the food and convenience of being to order any time of day to eat as a family at the villa's dining table watching the view, as the rice harvest was in full swing. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and exactly as it appears in the photos. We had an amazing time as a family of 7 + 1 fur baby (it’s a pet friendly homestay). It’s such a peaceful place with charming Javanese architecture and beautiful surroundings. It’s very calming and serene . I think this would be a perfect homestay for families, with loads of space. Wonderful breakfasts included every morning at no cost. The host very friendly, proactive and welcoming. Big thanks to Pak Fajar🙏🏻 I cannot speak highly enough. We have already recommended it to friends. We had a truly lovely stay at Mbah Cokro. It’s a super place to visit and everything was just perfect. We’d go again in a heartbeat.

When we first stumbled upon this villa on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. The villa is just perfect and had a great value! Kitchen is compact and contains everything we need. The bed is comfortable, bathroom, backyard and infinity pool are excellent. Location is good. They also provided us breakfast. The housekeeper was a great help. Thank you so much!

A small paradise, surrounded by nature and yet only 15 minutes from the center of Jogja. I had a wonderful weekend here: breakfast overlooking the rice fields, an on-site massage, a very nice team and generally an all-round carefree package. Highly recommended, I would come back immediately.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated and spacious duplex house, which was perfect for our family of five. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Both the host and co-host were incredibly responsive and helpful. The co-host welcomed us on the first day with delicious traditional bakery items and gave us a thorough tour of the house, making us feel right at home. They also went above and beyond by assisting us in renting a car, which allowed us to explore two amazing archaeological sites in Jogjakarta. The hospitality, thoughtful touches, and comfort of the house made our stay truly memorable. We would love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I can't thank enough for Bakti's team! D-3 I told them if there's a chance for me to change / upgrade the bungalow. And yes! They helped me to upgrade the bungalow. Quick response, very helpful. Nice bungalow, best view, and the breakfast was fantastic! I wonder am I the only local who have stayed in this fantastic eco-bungalow ahhaaha. Highly highly recommended for everyone and I would love to share this place to my friends and relatives.

Mas Arief's place is a wonderland of peace. It is about 20 minutes away from the city center, which is something to keep in mind. For me, this was absolutely perfect. The calmness of the village life was exactly what I needed. I stayed here for two weeks while finishing a project, and I was able to focus and relax at a very high level. The daily breakfast was always delicious and ibu kept the place spotless on a daily basis as well. Cannot recommend this place enough. Will come back.
