House vacation rentals in Bang Yai District

This is a fantastic spot to stay while exploring the greater Bangkok area. It is quiet and peaceful. The hosts were professional and attentive. Overall strongly recommended. If I have the opportunity again; I would like to stay there again. I personally drove a car; however, there are public transportation options available to get to this location, highly convenient.

The pool is very big and the neighborhood is very quiet.This is a quiet area, a few friends came to play together, the house is very well decorated and very comfortable to live in, the host is also very nice, 24-hour message reply.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! It was even better than the pictures show. The entire property is stunning – the pool, the rooms, the comfortable beds, and the beautiful surroundings are simply perfect. What impressed us the most was the warmth of the staff: always friendly, helpful, and attentive. We truly felt at home here!

We found this place very nice and conveniently located. Nam was responsive when needed. This place is located in the middle of Bangkok, so people who are sensitive to noise, take traffic jams.

The host was super nice, very responsive. We have an issue with small insects that she never experienced before, but she tried everything to fix this for us and check back with us every day. The house was nice, organized and clean without clutters. Ee enjoyed birds, fish and fruits from trees grown on her yard. mangoes were so sweet. I will definitely come back again to stay at this house next time, I visit Thailand.

Very beautiful place. Just a little bit away from the city but if you are looking for a family time with great space , best residential location. The host was very responsive and helpful.

First of all: beautiful house. Even better in real life than in pictures. Clean, spacious, everything you need. Just perfect. The pool is incredible, perfect for a cool down. Bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean, AC’s everywhere to cool the house in no time. Surroundings feel really secure. There are three security gates to arrive at the house. For example: at arrival the keys were just hanging by the door. Perfect! We would recommend to hire a car. Once you get used to it, traffic is less daunting than we thought it would be. We drove downtown (in half an hour) to see the reclining Buddha. There are cheap parkings with lots of space right in the neighborhood. If you don’t like to drive you can always take the public transport. There is a large shopping mall, just a 15 min drive away to buy groceries, street food… And then the host, Tanyanat: Friendly, kind and very helpful all the way. Unbelievably quick in responses. Very happy with her as our host.

We staid here after traveling Thailand for about 10 days already, and this was my most favorite place that we stayed at. It's right on the river, and the island is amazing. There is a small weekend market, plus a number of regular little shops, cafes, and restaurants on the island. Ko Kret is a hidden gem! So beautiful. I absolutely loved staying here. The rooms are located on the 2nd level of a traditional teak wood home, with it's own (though separated) bathroom, balcony, and seating areas. Rooms are air conditioned, bathroom is not, but that was not an issue for us. The two women are so incredibly kind, and serve a great breakfast each morning! This is a great place to stay for anyone who is looking for a local, quiet, traditional experience. I wish I could stay longer!!! 🥰

Perfect homestay, perfect, great in every way, the best homestay in Bangkok, or the most comfortable homestay I've ever stayed in.The bedside table can charge your phone wirelessly, projector TV, massage chair, sauna room, living room sofa also has a leg massager, garage, detached villa, 2 floors 4 bedrooms, latex mattress, latex quilt, latex pillow, coffee machine water dispenser air purifier, dishwasher fan, 3 bathrooms 2 kitchens, large living room and balcony, it's a really comfortable Bangkok vacation home, even a 5-star hotel can't compare, Bangkok 5-star hotels are more expensive than Shanghai and Beijing.The best homestay I have ever stayed in Bangkok, the location is also very central, easy to go anywhere, most importantly, it's very quiet at night, I hate the sound of motorcycles and tuk-tuks in Bangkok.There is even a sauna. The hardware and software are really good. The materials used for the renovation are all good. The layout is also very good. It's super ventilated. The facilities and equipment are particularly good.Anyway, I hope to bring my family or friends to stay again, thank you Host.

Beautiful place and value for money! As it was near the BTS we found it really easy to get around. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating to our requests as well. Will definitely recommend to our friends. :)

Basically, the whole accommodation experience is comfortable, the host is kind, the equipment is complete, and there are many food restaurants around. It is a worthy place to stay for tourists or family members who want to come to Bangkok, Thailand for a vacation. The only suggestion is to provide two sets of large bath towels, rectangular towels, and small towels in the bathroom for each guest, so that guests can change them when they don't have time to wash and dry them. In addition, for foreign tourists who are prone to gastrointestinal discomfort or nose allergies, the supply of toilet paper and facial tissues is slightly insufficient. You can inform tourists of the standard quantity provided by the house in advance, and there will be an additional charge for overuse, so that tourists can prepare themselves before leaving the country.

Had an amazing stay here! Although it's a bit away from the city center, we truly enjoyed every day. The host was kind and super helpful—especially when we had an electrical issue. She even let us check out late, which was such a big plus. Absolutely loved her and the place!

good location jst abt 7min walk from sanam pao bts stn. there's 711 and also the supper stall jst outside at the corner of the road. pushcart outside the airbnb selling affordable food options too! v delicious as well. hosts r responsive abt queries too(: on weekdays, could be a little noisy in the morning as the schoo ils jst outside and cars /motorbike drive across the roads.

Note is an extremely helpful and responsive host. We stayed for the Songkran festival and this place was walking distance from all of the action, a true gem in that regard!

The stay is located in a calm residential community of Bangkok well connected with metros and easy to find grab/bolt rides within minutes. It is really a cool place to be with family or friends. Most recommended for families as the stay has a cool setup engage kids less than 3 years old. Ms. ___ , host is really helpful and offers suggestions & volunteers to arrange transport if required. They also have a wonderful massage cafe which offers a great relaxing massages. If the stay is booked for 4 or more days they did offer a free massage which is fantastic. We loved the stay and would recommend to anyone and will definitely comeback here whenever we visit thailand again.

Despite the lack of reviews as it’s a new listing we decided to go for it and was very pleased with the stay. Some hiccups along the way but they were resolved promptly. Recommend for those wanting a respite away from the city’s hustle bustle and a unique stay in a vintage furnished residential home instead of a standard hotel. The meals at the recommended restaurants were the best we had during our trip.

Find a place to celebrate the new year with the family. The house is right on the cover and it's very beautiful. I will definitely come next time. 💕🥰
