Vacation rentals with a patio in Bang Saphan District

We spent a month in this apartment and were very happy with our choice. The apartment with balcony and roof terrace is exactly as it looks in the photos. Communication with Kenneth was great. He provided us with a driver for arriving from the airport in Bangkok, who took us very reliably to Surin Beach and back. The bed was a bit too hard for me and I hardly said it, I already got a topper. The site is super well maintained. We rented a Saleng (a scooter with sidecar) from Kenneth, with which we could drive to the village about 10 minutes away. There are many restaurants, shopping and massages to choose from. However, there are also two restaurants very close to the beach. We will be back.

Can't beat the location - right on the beach! Can't beat the price - very affordable! Host was kind and helpful in returning our charger after we accidentally left it behind.

The villa is very nicely located and is guaranteed to be fun. We really enjoyed being there as a family. The reception and Nadia are very friendly and respond quickly. All in all, we were very please. There are 2 things we need to mention: 1) We couldn't use the kitchen because it had no electricity. We told Nadia, but somehow there was a misunderstanding. When checking out, we learned from the receptionist that it was forgotten to unlock the kitchen for us. That was a shame, because we could not prepare our morning meal and had to change. 2) The floor throughout the house was not very clean. The feet got dirty very quickly. You could also see that well in the backlight. But we absolutely recommend the place. It's a very nice house and the surroundings/beach are beautiful. We had a great time.

We had a blast staying at Kristina’s. One of the best parts was renting the little scooters with side cars. It allowed us to adventure Huai Yang. We took in many beach spots and sampled as many restaurants as we could. We would recommend this place to people that are looking for a relaxed vacation. Thanks Kristina.

Lived in this home with my wife and young child! It was a perfect stay! The owner is very attentive to details. The house has everything you need and more. The house is located in a quiet place, not far from the beach. The area of the house is very large and beautiful. And of course perfect cleanliness in all areas. The approach to the reception is very professional. I can confidently recommend this house to both single travelers and a large family.

A real gem surrounded by nature. The birdsong in the morning, and trying to spot all the different species made this worth it alone. The house is basic but very clean and the beds were comfortable, it was perfect for a family of four. The surrounding area is quiet and beautiful, and the beach is only a short car journey. We would definitely return.

Great nice house where we directly felt at home. We extended our stay and didn't want to move. Great pool in the area and close to the beach where there are many nice beach restaurants where you can sunbathe eat and swim. and helpful and generous host. We highly recommend this accommodation!

We loved staying at Caroline’s place in Nishaville. It is a unique little community, with great amenities and a perfect location. We loved spending days moving back and forth between the beach and the pool, working out at the fitness center, and exploring local restaurants on our saleng (3 wheeled motorcycle). The air conditioning in the main area kept us cool during the day, and the bedroom air conditioning kept us cool and well rested at night. Caroline was very responsive to questions and helped us get settled, and the staff was great as well. We wish we could have stayed longer!
