I can’t say enough heartfelt words to describe our stay . My son and I were travelling around Texas over school break. This is a lovely rural Texas experience. Brett is the most kind, thoughtful, wise, caring, respectful man. He brought us a Texas style breakfast on a tray right to our cabin door both morning. I am not sure what was bigger and brighter- the wonderful welcoming smile on Brett’s face or the sunshine in the sky. Both my son and I shed tears leaving this rural Texan delight. We wanted to move in . Can’t thank you both enough for the wonderful lifelong memories you brought to our family. Thank you

This is the second time my family and I stayed at this property. Truly amazing! From swimming to fishing and hiking. This property does not disappoint! Peaceful at night, fishing was amazing, kids caught lots of bass, bluegils etc. House is large where we did not feel on top of one another. Highly recommend this property!

This home is a true wonder. We had random plans to visit a small town in Texas for a music event. Being the midcentury freaks we are, I cannot impress upon anyone the awesomeness of this home. Every detail, every item and stick of furniture reads like one stepped into some atomic-cowboy wonderland. The home is beautiful from every angle; a wonderful, usable layout and simply a marvel of comfort and aesthetic. No picture could capture the thing. We both felt tremendous gratitude, this is the owner's childhood home, built in the 40's by his father and grandfather. I could never shake the feeling: if this were mine, no way I'd share it with strangers... dang are we glad Max does. Would not hesistate to visit again if the wind blows us that way. Remarkable, a true one-of-a-kind.

The house and property exceeded our expectations! The description and pictures were spot on, but the peacefulness that exists there is impossible to capture in words or photographs. Beautiful!

The Bistro was within walking distance and had great food. I wish their breakfast was also available on Fridays as well as we arrived Thursday evening. It was close enough to San Antonio to drive in and close to many activities worth doing (Caverns, Natural Bridges Wildlife Safari - a definate worth visit, and close enough to Boerne and Bandera to sight see and grab a bite). We enjoyed the stay, felt right at home and had a great time!!

We stayed here with an infant and 2 dogs while in the Bandera area for a family wedding. I was so amazed that we had so much space and privacy while also being so close to town. The reservations company was easy to communicate with and their app did make it really easy to find all the necessary information for check in and check out. The groundskeeper, Lynn, is a very sweet woman and made us feel very welcomed and cared for. The house had everything we needed for light cooking and a comfortable stay for our human and fur babies.

Wow what a place all in one, couldn’t have asked for a nicer home. The house is just like the pictures and it was super clean just felt like home away from home,Packed with all the essentials. Everything from the check in to asking for extra blankets and towels was smooth and the owners are super nice people, had a great conversation with them lots of recommendations from them about the town. Will definitely be recommending 💯% and will definitely come back again!! Super nice place A+

Would absolutely stay again! Great trip, this was our second week staying! Highly recommend. They have an amazing app to help the process be seamless! We had to reach out with a question and they responded immediately. As far as AirBnB hosts go, they are top tier!! Would recommend them to anyone! Don't hesitate to book, you won't want to miss out on this stay!

Sovereignty Ranch is awesome! We’ve stayed there multiple times and always enjoy it. Molly and the whole team are so friendly and welcoming. Love visiting all the animals. The restaurant they have onsite is delicious. We’ll definitely stay there again.

Beautiful villa and gorgeous decorations. The a/c was great and the bed super comfy. Really nice fluffy towels. The river is perfect for swimming and the outside grill was wonderful. Can’t say enough nice things about this place!

Beautiful spot. We loved the river and scenery. Winery is within walking distance but is closed.

Our stay here was wonderful, it felt very cozy and was exactly like the photos listed. All the amenities were provided as mentioned, plus we had access to wifi and movies on the TV. The view of the stars at night was incredible but the best part was the overlook called Eagle's Nest.

Teresa was the best host we have ever had. I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Coffee, creamer, bagels, and fruit was there for us....how awesome is that? Bandera was always a favorite spot when we were rv'ers, now we cannot wait to go back !! (don't change anything Teresa!)

Beautiful property with a winery next door. River basically in the backyard and short drive to the Frio. Great for families. Has all the amenities you need. We will be back.

Very peaceful location with a wonderful porch and view. We had a timing issue on the cleaning, but the host resolved it quickly to our satisfaction.

Nice place. Very responsive host. We enjoyed it having private access to the river.
