The host was more than welcoming and was very responsive to my queries. The unit was cozy and extremely reasonable for the space and facilities offered. Only thing is the water temperature was always hot day and night.

The best part of this unit is the LOCATION is very close to good restaurants. And very close to tourist spots in Malacca, which you need to go early in the morning to get a good parking spot. One parking space for a car in porch. Extra car need to park outside of the house by the road. The unit is SPACIOUS ENOUGH for a family of 7-8 adults. The living room ia not so big, so it is best for a quick resting during day time. We went to Bandaraya Melaka in the morning, rest, and to Pantai Klebang in the afternoon. The kitchen is sufficiently provided for basic needs, not so much for cooking. You are in Malacca, no point for cooking, just go food hunting. Plus, washing machine works fine. Fridge is also available. The only downside is the sound of water pump in the toilet, when it is running to fill up water tank. I have no problem with the sound btw.

The place was really nice i felt like i was at a cozy home. The checkin was easy and smooth and the room was clean and big! Eventho they dont have netflix or streaming they provide u the downloaded movies in the tv. Had a great time styaing there its quiet and privacy as well.

Worth it for a small family getaway. But the celebration time is a little bit.

The minute my friends and I stepped into Casugria, we already felt the hospitality and warmth from our hosts Sam and Natasha. Upon arrival, they helped us with our luggage and offered us welcome snacks and drinks. We got clear instructions of check-in/ check-out, a run-through of where and how to use the amenities and even what time breakfast would be ready. Everything was neat and even the saltwater pool was being cleaned while we checked in for ease of mind. Sam even offered to lend us his workout equipment which was amusing! (but very kind of him). Throughout our stay, Sam and Natasha shared nuggets of history about their Airbnb property and shared stories of Peranakan weddings and traditions. What pulled us in were the amazing food recommendations that they gave us. As we wanted to avoid crowds, they led us to a lot amazing local gems that were truly authentic to the Melaka heritage. While they do stay on the Airbnb premises, their house was attached to our room, we still felt like we almost had the whole place to ourselves. They were even nice enough to let us use the pool a little after the standard pool hours (10pm). But of course, courtesy is a two-way street, and we lowered our noise levels to make sure we didn't disturb anyone. Even after we left the airbnb, they still texted us to make sure we reached out next destination safe, something no airbnb host I've ever met have done so far. They didn't have to, it's not a requirement, but sometimes it's the little things that matter even more. What really hooked me in was how they seem to live up to the real values of what Airbnb was created for in the first place: To create a place where people can belong. For that, I will definitely make this my frequent vacation home. See you all again!

Ok.. Clean room and spacious.... A little bit far from jongker street.. But still only about 5 minutes using grab

Check-in was at 3 PM, but the room wasn’t ready yet. Apparently, there was a problem with the key card access. Caren didn’t keep us waiting — she quickly sent a supervisor to help us get into the room. The room was clean and the water pressure was strong. Just a heads-up: parking isn’t free. We paid RM7 when we first arrived (before dinner), and another RM15 the next day during check-out. The charges were a bit on the pricey side.

I had a wonderful stay at this studio house! The place was clean, comfortable, and came with thoughtful amenities like two air conditioners and a great water heater, making it perfect for relaxing. A fantastic bonus was the two (2) free passes to the water theme park, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The host was welcoming and attentive, ensuring everything was in place. It would be even better if mineral water or a water dispenser was provided for extra convenience, but overall, I highly recommend this cozy spot for a stress-free getaway!

Overall satisfied stay for last min booking. Responsive host!

Among all homestays, apartments, rooms I have had stayed before, I would say that this is the best staying ever.. It is as you are staying at your own house.. Complete with stove, even you can get salt, sugar, sauce and others in it.. Clean, neat and fresh smell in the apartment.

Great place to stay with your friends or family comfortable space for 4-6 people. Have tv youtube wifi netflix clean extra pillow extra bed also. Got many plug socket. Overall GREAT !!!

It's really a great experience staying inside this unique place! Give 11 out of 10 for the clealiness of the room we stayed T10😍 Hopefully to get back here again with my friends. btw, might need to park further a little bit if all the car parks are all occupied.

I recently stayed at The Pines Melaka last week, and I must say everything was perfect. The communication was excellent, the room was clean and smelled wonderful. I was extremely satisfied with my stay. I will definitely come back again next time!😊

We really enjoyed our stay in Lavista’s place. The communication with the Host was great. The building is at walking distance from Malacca main’s attractions. The swimming pool with playgrounds and the mall with all the activities have been a real plus for our kids. We will keep this place in mind for our next family trip in Malacca :)
