Villa vacation rentals in Banana Bay

Arlene met and exceeded our expectations as a 'superhost'. She made timely communications and suggestions for local activities and restaurants. Everything was in pristine condition and our rental was in a safe and peaceful community with picturesque views of gorgeous sunsets and the golf course. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and we were always comfortable and relaxed in our surroundings. Definitely worth the money and we hope to stay with Arlene again!

We thoroughly enjoyed St. Kitt's and Arlene's beautiful home. There was plenty of room for my wife and three adult daughters. We read, lounged by the pool (one at the house and the infinity pool in the development), watched movies and planned out adventures and restaurants for each day- most of which came recommended by Arlene. Any questions we had, she was there with an answer. I especially enjoyed my daily (hilly) walks exploring the local surroundings. It was also a short walk down to Frigate Bay Beach for coffee, food and drinks. We will definitely be back.

Me and my family had a lovely time at Dale’s place. It is a beautiful location, up a hill. So glad we had a car. We had a miss fortune off landing with a tropical rain storm so we were late arriving. But Dale was at the property waiting for us making sure we were okay. She very friendly and approachable. You can ask her anything and she very knowledge about the local area. We have been to a few Caribbean islands, St Kitts is less developed than others but we did not mind that at all. The property itself, we thought was very cosy and had plenty of space for all of us. My family thoroughly enjoyed themselves and would recommend in heart beat. The property is a typical Caribbean mansion - just come and relax, do your own thing and have a good time at the end of it all. Thank you Dale and wish you all the best in the future

We enjoyed the spacious, well-equipped house that was full of interesting antiques. The pool was bigger than we thought it would be and perfect for our kids. Loved the view of Nevis from the house and Turtle Beach bar. Recommend being diligent with bug spray and not leaving doors open because the mosquitoes are very happy to see you.

Private oasis with a great pool and a huge open yard to play in. Location was private, quiet, and easily walkable to the beach. Beds were comfortable and very nicely setup. Lots of provisions to help get you started and make you feel at home. We really loved the place and felt very comfortable. Monkeys paid us so visit and we walked up the street to say hi to the goats and donkeys. Would defiantly go back. Lived the first place we stayed at, but I don’t think we really fully relaxed until we spent time here.

We stayed here with work, for a couple of prep days prior to having a corp client arrive... and it was entirely fit for purpose. Superb local coverage from Mo onsite, she alone would mean that we want to return, which we are at the end of the week - so you know, that.

My husband and I loved our stay at Cool Heights. Mimi was very responsive to all of our questions in advance of the trip. She gave us helpful suggestions and feedback on restaurants and activities we were considering. (Thanks again, Mimi!) The home is spacious and lovely! The kitchen was well appointed (though we ate out every lunch and dinner). We quickly came to appreciate the convenient location. It is super close to the Frigate Bay Beach and restaurants. It is also very convenient to restaurants in Basseterre and all the nice beaches and restaurants down the peninsula. We rented a car and were happy to have the freedom to go where/when we wanted. Parking was easy throughout the island. On our first morning, while enjoying a cup of coffee on the deck outside, I was treated to a parade of monkeys that walked along the top of the fence at the property's edge. What a sight! Most nights, we could hear monkey sounds from the side yard too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cool Heights!

We had a most wonderful time on Nevis. Pulmattie was there to greet us and made us feel right at home. The house had wonderful views, private bedrooms, spacious, covered porches and a most wonderful pool. We loved the restaurants and especially Drift by the airport! Would love to return next year! We throughly loved our stay! Any issues we had were taken care of ASAP! The pool was wonderful and perfect for morning laps or a late night swim. The retractable screens were a game changer and allowed us to keep the doors open and enjoy the ocean breeze. The tropical sounds put me right to sleep. Walking down to the beach was easy but would have been even better if I had remembered my shell bucket and water shoes. We each had a private room with en-suite that made us feel like we had the whole house to ourselves. We can’t wait to go back again and bring the whole family.

I was positively amazed at this property! We live in a resort community and have a pretty high bar. This house may be one the nicest places I've stayed abroad. No detail was missed. The price was well worth every penny we spent. It was not inexpensive, but it was solidly worth the price. Jennifer, the host, was super accommodating and dialed us in anything we needed from dinner reservations to boat charters. She knows the area well. I would note that this property is set away from the main part of the island so you will need a car (recommend a Jeep) to get around. The property is very secluded in a quiet upscale area. It was nice to have the extra space to spread out. If you are looking for easy access to clubs & nightlife, this may not be the spot. If you are looking for upscale luxury and a place to "decompress" then this is indeed the place. The views are exquisite no matter where you are on the property. 4 of us stayed at Mark's place for a girl's trip. It was wonderful! Beautiful views. The house was perfect with 4 bedrooms, each having their own bathroom. Janette pampered us with a clean house, freshly made beds (all during our 10 day stay) and a sweet personality. Bonnie was at the house to meet us after we picked up our rental car to answer any question we had. The location can't be beat - our biggest decision each day was if we were going to the beach or laying by the pool! You need a rental car if you're staying on Nevis. This was our 2nd trip & we will be back!!!!

Beautiful home in the most beautiful setting! The property manager Doreen made getting there and leaving absolutely seamless. Loved that they left us some breakfast food. The screens on the patio and upstairs deck were so nice to have! Great vacation rental!

This villa is stunning! It has plenty of bedding, towels, beach towels and fully functioning kitchen. Just a wonderful home from home. The only noises were of the cows and usual birds etc. the views are stunning. I would say if you like to explore or go out I would recommend a car. We went to the supermarket and stocked up. We did walk out to a couple of restaurants, Anne was full of recommendations and help. She organised transfers / taxis. Just if you want rest , privacy in a beautiful villa this is your spot. Hopefully we will be back next year Thankyou

Jonathan made our trip successful with so many helpful recommendations from rental cars to restaurants. He is very responsive to questions. Moon Hill is the perfect place to stay for a peaceful vacation. The views are beautiful! Jonathan, Lily and Tessie (chef and housekeeper) were very welcoming. They even had balloons to acknowledge the celebration of our 40th anniversary! Tessie provided us with three delicious meals during our visit. We recommend a stay at Moon Hill, and if you are as lucky as we were you will get to experience a full moon at this wonderful villa!

Wonderful house. The pool and grounds are amazing. The house is quirky but very roomy and the beds are comfortable (not that common). We stayed in the Master Bedroom which was roomy and light and the outdoor deck (except when mosquitoes were in full force) had an ocean and pool view. It is a windy island (makes the heat very bearable) so the palm fronds will make noise as they hit the roof. We mostly had no problem with it once we were used to it. The kitchen would benefit from a fan but is highly functional.

We met Derek at the boat drop off, he was very friendly and welcoming. He had kindly got us some provisions in until we were able to get to the supermarket. Carpe Diem was in the perfect setting and road. Every property is beautiful in Fern Road and centrally situated for the beach, bars and restaurants. The monkeys were fascinating to watch. I would definitely stay at Carpe Diem and anyone that does stay there is very lucky. The air conditioning was the icing on the cake. Everyone in Nevis is so helpful and friendly. I have been going to Nevis every year since 2015 and I love it so much. Thank you once again Carpe Diem, you delivered everything and more . Michele ❤️❤️❤️

Cindy’s place was super clean, relaxing, and had everything we needed for a great beach day. Would definitely stay here again!

AMAZING GRACE is well named as it is a simply amazing place, both the location with it's stunning views of the coast and mountains, and the villa itself. A really special place to unwind and get away from it all, but the island is so small it doesn't take long to get around. We loved having the pool and the island breezes to keep us cool. We enjoyed watching out for monkeys in the garden while gawking at the views all around Amazing Grace. Amelia is a wonderful and warm host who really looked after us, and even had the car waiting for us upon arrival. She gave us some super recommendations for dinners out, and the best off the beaten track beaches. We absolutely loved Nevis and Amazing Grace. We will return!

We enjoyed our stay. The villa was sparkling clean, and the community was quiet and peaceful, and close enough to the ocean to hear the waves splashing on the beach. Location was good - only a couple minutes to Frigate Bay beach, and a 20 minute or less drive gets you to a lot of restaurants, bars, beaches, and the cruise ship port if you are so inclined. There is also a grocery store close by, and be sure to try One Love smoothies from the colorful shack on the way to Bassterre! We appreciated that the apartment was stocked with some essentials like eggs and milk when we arrived. Note: I was a little confused by the listing - that lovely infinity pool in the pictures is NOT private to the villa, but private to the villa’s community. The villa’s private pool is a small dipping pool about the size of a hot tub. But most of the time when we used the community pool, we were the only ones there.

We could not have been happier with our stay at this beautiful house. The host has thought of everything—multiple lounging areas, comfortable seating and sleeping areas, tasteful and interesting decor, privacy, a sparkling pool—the list goes on! Zetland Zen is in a lush and private neighborhood away from busy areas. There were days when we didn’t leave the property, choosing to swim, sunbathe and relax at home, and cook in the well-appointed kitchen. Pulmattie, the property manager, was extremely helpful, available if needed but respectful of our privacy. This rental is truly unique. We look forward to returning!
