Vacation rentals with breakfast in Ban Tai

Probably our favorite holiday rental ever. The care, warmth and very attentive service from Watt and Khung was incredible. Delicious breakfast prepared every day and we quickly figured out that it was far more relaxing to stay in for dinner and have our hosts prepare delicious fresh meals than go out. The house is stunning - both inside and out (view of the ocean never gets old) and very tastefully decorated. Great communication from Martin throughout as well, with helpful local recommendations

We have just had an amazing 8 day stay at Villa Syama for 11 family members celebrating my 70th birthday. Let me start by saying this is the most amazing villa, breathtaking views, beautiful entertaining areas & wonderful pools. We were welcomed with a welcome drink & introduced to the most amazing house managers, Pui & Tong, who cooked breakfast every morning, and made our beds & tidied our rooms. They also organised a birthday Thai banquet for my birthday, which was the best Thai food we have ever had, they decorated the room with birthday banners & streamers & put a beautiful Thai message on my bed with gorgeous orchids & Thai flowers. Pui also arranged laundry to be collected & a wonderful driver, Mr Tam, was so friendly with all of us & sweet with the kids. I highly recommend the lovely host Rachel who was very prompt to let us know we could check in early & have a bit later check out. The Villa is immaculately clean, very comfortable beds & amazing views. Thank you Rachel.

Wonderful villa in a superb beachside location. The villa is well equipped with all the amenities you need. Communication with David was excellent from booking until departure. Kob is excellent, very attentive and helpful with local suggestions and bookings.

Amazing customer service. The villa was amazing. Loved every moment of the stay. They made our Valentine’s Day so special and decorated the room and set breakfast up for us. We would return :)

One of the most beautiful stays in Thong Nai Pan Yai. 7min walk to the beach and by far the best village on Koh Phagnan. It was amazing to have our own private space where we could enjoy the jungle vibes with our 2 years old. Would love to be back one day.

My family and I stayed at Jim’s villa for four nights and it was simply the highlight of our trip. The villa was spotless and it also included all the required (and nice to have) amenities to make it a great stay. In addition, the private chef, CHADA was unbelievable and each morning we looked forward to eating breakfast. The food was so good that we ended up having CHADA prepare two dinners for us. All in all, Jim was super helpful in promptly answering all of our questions we had during our stay. I would highly recommend Jim’s place to all and we are excited to stay at his place once again in the future.

We have loved staying at this beautiful townhouse in a fantastic location. Communication was perfect and Napa was a perfect host. As a family with small children it was ideal. A high chair was provided and Napa was always on hand and happy to help with anything at all. The rooms are immaculate and beds and bedding super comfy. It really was a home away from home and we are sad to leave. We highly recommend this beautifully decorated place. So good we kept extending and would have extended further if it had not been booked. Its 5 minutes walk to a little bakery/breakfast spot Cafe KOB which is great for fresh pastries and bread and brekkie. You can walk to the fisherman's village. It's just an ideal location. Book it, it's absolutely fantastic.

After many Airbnb experiences, Su was hands down the most responsive (even though she was located halfway around the world) host weeks/months prior to our arrival. Answered all questions very quickly and graciously. Met us at the property upon check-in and took the time go over Pertinent issues. While we were at the property, Su remained quick to respond to additional questions about the property itself, gave multiple local recommendations (restaurants, beach clubs, etc) around the island that were very helpful. Would highly recommend staying any property Su is a host for!!!
