Vacation rentals with a patio in Balqa Governorate

the place is located in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood.. yet not far from the center. a really clean place with a vey nice terrace, we enjoyed our night there. Salim is really nice, firendly, and communicative host.. when we got there, there was no Wifi, he made sure to sort that out very quick. will def' recommend the place thank you Salim

Had an amazing stay at Yazeed’s place! He was very accommodating in letting us check in early, & have a slight late checkout :) Had issues with the TV, but overall it was a very comfortable stay & would definitely come here again. Thanks Yazeed! 💯

Our stay was absolutely amazing. I've never felt so at home at an airbnb! Very safe neighborhood, everything is walkable. Many friendly shop owners to buy groceries from, Uber had no issues finding it. Nataly went above and beyond for us, making us feel at home. She was flexible with check in and out times: an absolute lifesaver! She answered every question quickly and thoroughly. Everything was sparkly clean, and beautifully decorated. The guard for the building was very kind and helpful. I thought traveling with my elderly father would be difficult but Nataly was so hospitable and made our stay absolutely wonderful in every way. I truly enjoyed waking up to sunshine and birds chirping, and enjoying the fragrant flowers in the garden. Thank you Nataly!!

Excellent host, proactive, helpful, friendly, and provided us with great recommendations for local diners and things to do. The location is Excellent, quiet area, and many local groceries within walkable distance. The apartment was cozy, has ally ou need for few days stay. Would stay here again.

Vi hade haft en super fantastisk vistelseort. Lägenheten var så bra faktiskt, det fanns allt man behövde i lägenheten och hyresvärden var väldigt trevlig som har ringt ofta och frågat om vi behövde nått? Vi vill tacka hyresvärden för den här fina upplevelsen i vistelseorten.

Amaizing stay ,super clean ,exactly as photos show ,the check in was quick ,cozmo a nice mall near by was an extra for my stay as it had everything i need a super market ,bakery,coffee place ...ect cheers hamza ,keep up the good work ,super doooper

Sufian was AMAZING! The nicest person I have ever dealt with and was responsive to anything I needed. Apartment is beautiful, clean and completely secure and safe. I truly felt like I was in my own home 💕Highly recommend and will come back and stay in his place!

Het was onze tweede vakantie in de woning van Moneer en het voelde meteen als terug thuiskomen. Heel makkelijk is dat je aan de woning zelf kunt parkeren onder de carport wat je dagelijkse uitstappen heel comfortabel maakt en de woning zelf heeft ook nog een aantal updates gekregen; zo zijn de slaapkamers nu uitgerust met wandventilators en een uiterst stille warmtepomp die kan koelen en verwarmen. Moneer is altijd beschikbaar als er een vraag is en reageert snel. Ondanks de nabijheid van Amman is de woning in een heel rustige rurale omgeving gelegen weg van alle drukte en lawaai van de stad. Ik kan de woning aanbevelen aan iedereen die over eigen vervoer beschikt zoals een huurauto want dat is gezien de ligging wel noodzakelijk. Zonder twijfel een vijfsterrenbeoordeling zowel voor de woning als voor de vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid van Moneer. Dankjewel en als God het toelaat tot volgend jaar!

Absolutely loved our stay at this cozy farm! The pool was perfect for a summer getaway, with a lovely view, and the entire place was so relaxing. The hosts were incredibly helpful and generous. Recommend for a peaceful retreat!

Fantastic host and comfortable and secure place. Kids loved it and would love to return some day. Location is away from hustle and bustle, however we did not need to hire a car, Careem was cheap and convenient.

Completely worth it nice and a relaxing stay with my friends. It was exactly how the pictures showed nice and clean with an amazing view of the city. Villa was nice and secluded in the hills ! Will be booking again if I’m in Jordan.

Ghaith and his family provided us the perfect home to survive a week visiting family in the area. The place is spotless and the kitchen well stocked with basic necessities. The view is stunning and left us wanting to spend more time than planned at the house. a car is necessary to get around but users are accessible. Highly recommended!

Brian’s place was simply a blessing. The apartment had all the kitchenwares that we needed to cook our own food, and the host even prepared some water and snacks for us in advance. Bedrooms were comfy, balcony was nice with an amazing view of the Dead Sea, living room was cozy with the smart TV, and the outdoor pools were so nice. I’d definitely love to come back!

It doesn’t disappoint. Well decorated and furnished and extremely spacious rooms. Comfortable pillows and linen and large beds. Everything works perfectly and is very well maintained. The kitchen is stocked really well with a range of equipment and amenities. We stayed in the summer and the air con was great, and in the winter there was sufficient heaters and things to keep the place comfortably warm. Building is safe and quiet. Parking isn’t an issue. Will stay here again!

Incredible location in Umm Uthaina, an affluent district in Amman. 10 minute walk to the Gold Souq on Shatt al-Arab street, which has tons of nice breakfast and brunch places to choose from, alongside amazing cafes. Property was lovely and quaint, large, very well equipped and spacious kitchen. Great shower pressure too. The garden is definitely the highlight of the property - absolutely breathtaking. From the hammocks to the lovely flower arrangements, it’s perfect. Spent weeks here and I wish I could go back! Sameera is a lovely host who took care of me from the second I booked. She is incredibly attentive, and speaks both English and Arabic fluently. Check in details were clear and she and her husband were happy to accommodate to my flight even though I was arriving at 3am. Throughout my stay she would always check up on me and gave lots of local recommendations. She would also answer any questions I had within minutes. 100/100 would not stay anywhere else

The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. What truly made this experience stand out was the authentic Jordanian hospitality. Hanan went above and beyond, offering great local recommendations and even helping with transportation and logistics. The location was also ideal—peaceful yet conveniently close to key sites and attractions. Staying here gave me a true home-away-from-home feeling, and I’m so grateful to have found this gem. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jordan!
