This townhouse is the nicest one around. It is incredibly close to everything you want to do; Minutes to SPAC, Downtown Saratoga, Ballston Spa, the Casino, LG, and the Horse Race Track. This home has a new kitchen, central air, and is fully furnished. There are two master bedrooms with their own bathroom and there is an additional bathroom downstairs. Hot tub with fire table and comfortable patio furniture! Perfect stay for couples, friend groups, or large groups. We can accommodate just ask!

Lake George is just 40 mins away and just a bit further, Gore mountain is 1 hour away. For the small country town experience, only 5 minutes away is the adorable Ballston Spa, full of antique shops and local restaurants. The house is a truly perfect getaway for all seasons!
