Martha’s place is the perfect waterfront property to stay at for a relaxing weekend! The amenities are great and it is a cozy/updated camp with everything you need! It is close to neighbors and situated in a walkable community with friendly people. Great for a summer getaway with family or friends!

Where do I begin... I've stayed at numerous Airbnb properties, but this one stands out as one of the most beautiful settings I've encountered. The views of the lake are breathtaking, and having direct access to it was a huge bonus. We made full use of the canoes and kayaks provided, enjoying them every day. My husband, an avid fisherman, was thrilled with the lake, calling it one of the best freshwater fishing spots he's ever visited. The grounds are impeccably maintained and offer plenty of privacy. Inside, the house is both comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances you could need. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the linens are of high quality. The furniture is tasteful and inviting. Karen was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and responsive. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend this place without hesitation.

We found that the place was exactly as described. Everything was very good. We loved your recliners out on the back, looking out the sliding glass doors overlooking the lake. It was very peaceful calm. We were able to get one fire in on Friday night. At the campfire was so peaceful and quiet and serene. Looking across the lake at the cabins with their lights on was just a beautiful relaxing time. We want to thank Barry and Shirley very much and I’m about 99% sure that we will be back again. Thanks again.

Beautiful space. Amazing countryside vibes. Fun hike down to the waterfall, great kitchen for cooking and a fun night in. There was lots of quaint stuff to do in nearby Middleburgh: thrifting, diners, 50s milkshake bar, antique book stores, hikes, breweries, and more. We loved that there was so many towels for the sauna and swimming. One note: give yourself a lot of time for the sauna to heat up. Instructions were clear and they gave us lots of local recs. Also LOVED the hammocks -- lots of cozy nooks to hang for a chill girls weekend. We might be back again! A great stay.

This lovely cabin was just perfect in every way! The house itself was very private, nicely furnished and was stocked with everything you need and more to enjoy every part of the property. We enjoyed the three season porch and the interior fireplace the most where we lounged for hours in between walking to and from Sacandaga Lake to the property's dedicated access area. Though it rained all weekend, we could not have found a more quiet, serene and peaceful place to spend a long holiday weekend. We look forward to returning sometime soon!

We had the BEST TIME at this fantastic Lakeside house in Valatie!  The house itself has 3 good bedrooms – 2 large bedrooms upstairs with a nice bathroom and tub.  The downstairs has the other cute bedroom, another full bathroom,  a good sized kitchen open to a great and large living and dining area. The VIEW from the main room is stunning and was our ‘TV’ for the week.  The lake is just gorgeous!  It has a little dock with kayaks and plenty of nice seating and lounge chairs.  It’s great to have a full grass lawn !  The pups loved the house and the yard and the lake!  The house was super clean and roomy but cozy in it’s feel.  So many great little towns nearby – it was just the perfect house to get away from the city!  The community was chill, even tho it was Memorial Day weekend.  Thanks to Michael who was super responsive (not that we needed anything!) but if we had a question. Etc.  Thank you Michael ! We hope to be back for another visit !!!  

Our stay at the lake was truly amazing! The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for enjoying the lake. Lisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

This place is such a gem! They thought of everything and so many special touches. We stayed here after taking the boys to Cooperstown for baseball and it did not disappoint. We hope to come again!

Great relaxing weekend. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Beautiful lake views and close to delicious restaurants and shops.

Thoroughly enjoyed it perfect thank you so much for the extras that hardly any Airbnb provides! My husband says thank you so much for all the wood you provided it saved him from hauling it. We left our kayaks in North Carolina because they would make too much noise however we were surprised to find kayaks and fishing poles available for renters! You really should put that in your ad, may have been the decision point that we would’ve chosen for you It would be nice if all Airbnb were as accommodating as you guys were . based on the extras ! Hopefully nobody in the future takes advantage of you.

We loved the cabin! Nice and cozy and clean. The outdoor area with the fireplace and screened gazebo is a great addition. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen as well. Great stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home on Saratoga Lake! The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was definitely the dock—it made fishing right from the property incredibly easy and fun. Vicki and John were wonderful hosts—super responsive and available for any questions we had throughout our stay. Their hospitality really made us feel at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back and making more great memories. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful lakefront escape in the Saratoga area.

Gregory was a great host. He was very responsive, kind, and helpful. His place was also very well laid out, super clean, comfortable, and super private in a peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely recommend Gregory to future guests.

Very clean and everything was exactly as in the photos. It was close to the family events we were attending and was the perfect spot for us to be able to visit everyone easily. David is very responsive and made sure we were comfortable. We hope we can stay again on a future trip back to visit family.

This is, hands down, the best place I’ve stayed since I’ve been traveling to NY. Brian is a great host and the property is amazing. Dig the off grid location and setup. Tranquility and peace is what you seek? This is it.

Nicole was awesome! Met us right out front and went over everything. Was very understanding about the fact that sometimes, dogs bark. Bed is suuuper comfortable! Everything you need is there. Really nice area if you like to get out and walk around. We will definitely be back again when the weather is nicer!

My family and I enjoyed staying at this little farmhouse . We were here visiting family in Rexville, Schenectady, Lake Nancy area and this location was perfect. It is located on a not too busy main road so it’s pretty easy to get anywhere. We didn’t get to explore the area as we had a lot a family functions to go to, but I saw a few good looking restaurants within walking distance. G&Z provided a great selection of welcome snacks which were much appreciated and the house has filtered water so we didn’t have to instacart that. I was impressed with how clean everything was and also the amount of amenities for my 9 month old. IE: high chairs, baby baths, safety gates for all stair (this was huge), kids plates and cups, books, & smart tvs… so helpful! Great WiFi throughout and a/c. I’m definitely staying here again when we come to visit family as it was comfortable and really cute too! If you like a historic home that is modern and updated but still retains its historic charm, this is it!

The apartment was better than the photos. It was exceptionally clean. John and his wife were very friendly and I felt comfortable right away. I actually stayed 2 extra days and I would definitely stay there again since my family lives close by.

Great location, thoughtfully stocked and beautiful home. Perfect for my long distance girls weekend!
