this place was amazing! it was the perfect place to take our visiting family and they absolutely loved it. The place was so beautiful with a gorgeous view, and super comfortable beds. Super easy to find and great value.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, the kids all loved the animals, and the house was exactly as described. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful few days in Kingscliff. The house was perfect and had everything needed for a comfortable and fun stay. Location was spot on and easy to navigate and walk too. Would highly recommend this stay.

Spectacular location! Access to your own creek for swims and relaxation. Quite central to the Byron Bay Area which we explored everyday. The third room was a bit pokey with 2 small single beds but the 2 main bedrooms were amazing! Kitchen was fully kitted out and loved the Breville coffee machine as a touch of luxury! An espresso in the mornings on the verandah overlooking the creek was a favourite thing to do for me! We will be back!

Amanda truly saved our first anniversary weekend. We originally booked elsewhere, but due to a double booking, we were left without a place to stay - until we found Amanda’s listing. She responded quickly, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and had the home ready for us that day. The communication was clear and thoughtful, with detailed instructions and fantastic local recommendations. The home itself was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the high-quality handwash and bathroom products, extra towels and bathrobe — a lovely touch that made it feel a step above your usual Airbnb. We also loved that the property was dog-friendly. While the beach right next to the house wasn’t dog-friendly, a short drive brought us to one that was perfect for pups. It was wonderful being able to fall asleep hearing the ocean but being surrounded by a rainforest. We’d absolutely stay again, either here or at another of Amanda’s properties - Highly recommend!

Linda was easy to communicate with and her place was very homely. Once you’re in you can literally walk to most things, shops, beach, restaurants etc

Karlee's place was great for our two night stay to see family in the area. Her place was clean with a kitchen that had all we needed to prepare our meals. The neighbourhood is quiet and the bed is comfortable so we slept very well.

We were away for a girls trip and all 5 of us were impressed with the unit. So much space, very clean, air conditioned and walking distance to everything. Very quiet even though we were on main esplanade.

Great place close the public transport and the Surfers Paradise hub

We loved our short stay in Sally's place. It was a short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle. The shared pool was open until 10pm and had three different temperature pools including a hot tub. The washing machine and drier were helpful to do our washing and the plants made it feel like home.

Apartment was lovely, we had everything we could need for our stay and were very comfortable. Christine and Andy were very proactive with communication, especially with check in info that was helpful. All round a great stay!

Place was super clean and quiet, I loved how it was walking distance to the main part of Surfers Paradise. The pool was amazing, not too cold either which I loved. Would definitely stay again

Huge apartment with a lovely balcony overlooking the river and surfers skyline. Probably the best shower I’ve had anywhere and just a 5 min walk to all the excitement of the GC. Facilities are top notch and it really feels like a home. Cannot recommend this place enough! Thanks guys.

An excellent family-style holiday place that has excellent air conditioning, surprisingly uncrowded lifts/pool/tennis court/carpark for a very warm weekend in March only 2 weeks after the cyclone. Beach was in great condition; coastal path fantastic for walking/kids with scooters, as was the two nearby playgrounds (DO visit Laguna Park as well as the pirate playground!) Good beach and water views even from this corner of the building, and the double-glazing on the bedrooms helped keep the highway noise down.

Ean's place was just beautiful. A peaceful outlook over a lake with complete privacy. The gardens were lovely and the birdlife a real treat. Ean was so helpful and friendly, while still giving us our space. The unique architecture and artistic touches made our stay so enjoyable. We also enjoyed the fireplace on what was a wet day or two. We thoroughly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Comfortable and relaxing home for the 7 of us. Awesome big yard, pool and things to do for the kids. Kids loved exploring private pools and also massage pool which was very close by. Will definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at Golden Beach! The house and surrounding area are tranquil and filled with natural beauty. The beach and creek are just a short walk away, making it the perfect base for our trip!

Our stay was superb! The amenities were brilliant, and it was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend away. Everything was so well provided, and it’s clear they have really thought of everything. The view, spa and sauna were definite highlights. The host was very easy to reach and incredibly communicative, making our experience even better. Highly recommend.

You won’t find a better stay, or hosts! It’s so spacious, private and has everything you need to call it home for however long you want to stay. Konrad and Michelle met us and made us feel welcome from the offset, they gave us so much information, recommendations, and even a guided tour of some of the other amazing areas of the property they have; waterfalls, rock pools and incredible wildlife. The home itself was clean, spacious, and had lots of board games to keep yourself entertained. We can’t recommend this more. Thanks for everything, Konrad & Michelle!

Even though it was raining during our stay, we had a lovely time. The extra things like blankets, fan, chairs, gum boots & umbrellas was very well thought out. We would certainly stay here again.
