Set in peaceful, beautiful surroundings beside an old mill, this former bake house overlooks a tranquil wooded valley, waterfall and millstream. Situated not far from the town of Balleroy which has a bar, a supermarket and two boulangeries. Nearby is a forest with walking & cycling paths. NB The accommodation is on three floors, the main floor is the living/dining room, with views of the valley and waterfall. A haven for wildlife including kingfishers. The bilingual English owners live on site.

The house is perfect for 4 people. But if there are 6 of you and you like each other, it's no problem. 👍 If the weather is nice☀️, you can have an aperitif on the terrace. If it's a rainy day 🌧️, don't panic: there is a sheltered garden lounge under the courtyard next to the barbecue. We've got it all planned, even the weather 😁
