Our annex consists of a bedroom with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. There is a double bed, dining area and kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, toaster and combination oven. (No hot plate) There is free coffee/tea. There is a patio door out to private tile terrace with garden furniture and gas grill. It is possible to have a car/bicycles parked in the parking lot. SuperBrugsen is 100m and net 400m. There is a cinema about 50m from here and several different eateries nearby. The annex is located up to a green space.

The house is 115 square meters and is located in the quiet village of Kolby in the southern part of Samsø. It consists of a newly renovated country kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 toilets (one with bath) and 3 bedrooms with double/2 single beds as well as a smaller room with bunk bed, which should only be used by people up to 170 cm. In total, there are 8 beds. There is also a weekend bed incl. duvet for children from 0-2 years. Outdoors, you can enjoy the sun on the large terrace, and the children can play on the large lawn.

Fantastically located farm apartment. Holmegaard is located on top of a hill with fantastic sea views. The farm is divided into separate apartments, with a shared kitchen and dining room. The apartment consists of a bedroom, private living room and bathroom. The farm is newly renovated, but the original farm feeling has been preserved. The farm is located on the outskirts of Ballen, a 10-minute walk from shops, restaurants, etc., but is still completely undisturbed by other neighbors.
