Vacation rentals in Balladong

We were looking for a nice place to stay with our 3 Adult children in Perth that had 4 double beds and plenty of space and a touch of luxury, we were very happy with this place. We walked over to the beach most days and although Perth is a little cooler in April did use the pool a couple of times, would be nicer if it was heated to extend the season, but summer months it would be great. There are quite a few levels as per the pics and older guests might struggle with the amount of stairs but it was fine for us. The hosts are very responsive so if there was an issue I am sure they would sort it very quickly. Would certainly stay here again.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A short walk to a the beach where we enjoyed beautiful sunset swims. The heated pool at the house and fireplace were a highlight.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Pool House! The property was exactly as described – clean, private, and located in a peaceful neighborhood, which made it easy for us to relax and feel at home. The location was perfect, with everything we needed close by, including the Mandurah foreshore. Jill & Chris were incredibly welcoming and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space and the easy access to the pool, which was a real bonus. Off-street parking and the secure side entrance made everything super convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Thank you again to our wonderful hosts for making our trip so memorable!

Was a very wonderful place, very nice owner was very flexible with check in and really understanding, beautiful furniture nice room definitely recommend to stay again

Our family group of 15 had plenty of space to gather, as well as places to be alone. The children had a fabulous time fishing and kayaking on the river from the jetty. The adults could sit on the verandah and relax while supervising. The kitchen, bedrooms and living rooms were all spacious, and we loved playing pool.

Fabulous property in quiet residential area, lovely welcome pack, beautiful pool and outside seating area. Don’t bother looking at anything else, just book it and look forward to enjoying this wonderful place.
