Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Balkan Mountains

We booked a room in Maria & Zicã’s beautiful house for our return trip from Greece. We arrived very late, around 21:00. Maria prepared dinner for us, including fresh out of the oven bread, and of course house wine! We felt so welcomed! The next day when we woke up, Maria invited us for breakfast before leaving, and we ended up having a coffee and a chat with both of them, we kind of forgot we have to leave :) We felt like home at Maria & Zicã’s house, once again thank you both very much!

We had the most amazing stay at Four Seasons Villa! Nick and his wife were absolutely incredible hosts—so warm, welcoming, and always eager to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, they took care of everything, making sure our group of 8 had the best experience. The breakfast was delicious, and every detail of our stay was thoughtfully arranged. The hospitality was truly top-notch, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the future! Highly recommend!

Been here for one night. Nice place located in the middle of the forrest. Really beautiful views as there is a pine tree every 1 - 1.5m in all directions. There are only holiday homes around and all home owners only cut down the trees in places where their small houses are built, because of that you have an experience that you live in the middle of the forest. Place was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was perfect! There is a lot of sport activities that you can practice around. The down side is that there is no regular drinking water in the appartment (if you don't like the taste of sulfur) but regular tap drinking water can be supplied for the guests (even thou we did not find any bottles and used our supply that day). It would be great if a bottle of water was waiting for us at arrival. I think the owners can switch the water supply to use normal drinking wateri - in the morning they did that because there was no electricity. They use water from the well instead, for cost optimisation, I guess. Which is a bit disappointing giving the price of the stay. All in all a great place to relax and to have a sleep over when visiting all the attractions in the vicinity.

The villa and the room were fantastic. Luxurious linens and towels, amazing breakfast, wonderful hosts. This - on top of the fact that Sinaia is a stunning mountain resort. The villa is accessible by car as well, but walking up to it is a pleasure in itself. I highly recommend it.

Very nice location with view at the fortress, very clean, heating and hot water works well, quiet, wifi working, very nice host. Will recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying here. Our young kids had ample space to play, the place is beautiful, well kept, and felt like home. The hosts have poured so much love into this home and town; their care shows in everything they do. We happily look forward to staying here again.

Eleni is truly a wonderful host. Her guest house has five rooms, but also the common areas are very inviting to sit in. The upstairs landing is a luxurious place to just lie about (which my kids did, since the wifi was excellent); the downstairs living room and kitchen make you feel right at home - with games such as backgammon, which are fun on a family vacation. The veranda in the back of the house was splendid after three fun but noisy days in Thessaloniki. We loved the sound of a couple of roosters in the morning. Eleni's dogs are a treat. Especially Eros is a very big dog to cuddle. We were at the house as a family of four and took two rooms. She prepared a wonderful breakfast with pancakes and an omelette and even did our laundry at minimal cost. I took home two jars of her jam so I can remember the house. Really very special.

Fantastic hosts! The place is set up as a hotel with separate rooms with ensuites. Lovely breakfast provided. Dinner can be provided as well at extra cost, they let us use the stove for our own dinner at no charge though. Great facilities with tennis pool and table tennis provided. It is secluded on a dirt road in a pine forest. Googlemaps directed us down a dirt road off of the main road to Golubac, this worked but it would have been better to continue down to the road which passes through Vinci - there is sighnage there directing toward Vila Dunavski Raj, it is easy to find. Parking on the road is fine, no traffic. Would happily stay again, A+

The air bnb was very clean, beautifully set up, and the breakfast was great and prepared with care. The location is very nice as well - secluded and in the woods.

Best place for early/late plane travelers from/to Sofia Airport

Aylin hanımın yeri çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı ve olanaklar anlatıldığı gibiydi. Mekan tertemiz ve denize 0 olması çok güzeldi. Bahçesi özellikle geceleri çok keyifliydi. Yardımcı Gülay hanım çok yardımcı ve ilgiliydi. Ancak Süleymanpaşa bölgesine ilk gidişimizdi. Sahile 10 metre kadar ( kral yolu olarak geçen, tarihi kalıntılar) paralel büyük sert kayalıklar var. Rahatça yüzemiyorsunuz. Özellikle çocuklar için çok zorlayıcıydı. Bacaklarımız kollarımız kayalar yüzünden kesikler içinde kaldı.
