Bungalow vacation rentals in Bali

This was an incredible stay! The villa is perched on a massive cliff overlooking crystal clear blue water where we watched sea turtles and manta rays the whole time while lounging on the net. We ordered food many times throughout the stay and loved all of our meals. They had our food to us within 15 minutes each time and always had a ride for us anywhere we wanted to go. Monkeys and bugs were definitely around a lot but that’s what comes with the area. Highly recommend!

This place is an absolute gem. We really enjoyed our stay at Nyoman's place. It's set in a wonderful place, super quiet. The accommodation itself is really big and spacious and very beautiful. The breakfast we had was prepared by his wife and was super tasty. Nyoman gave us recommendations what to do in the area and also helped with the transfer to the next place. There are many restaurants and cornershops close by. Great location, Nyoman and his wife are super friendly, the accommodation is amazing - I would recommend and would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay with Doni. First step of our few months' break in Bali. We felt at home very quickly. The bungalow is very nice, bright, clean, lots of charm. Well-equipped outdoor area. Sejoli is a peaceful oasis, the small houses all prettier than each other. The staff is lovely, very helpful. The location in an alley away from the noise of the street. Les Umalas is a neighborhood we knew, quiet, not in the heart of Seminyak or Canggu but accessible by taxi. On the street a few good restaurants.

Loved staying at Caroline’s place! Very beautiful area, and very commutable to Ubud town via scooter. Host was very quick as responding to any questions about the Airbnb and vehicle recommendations. Very clean Airbnb, beds changed everyday and all amenities needed and as described! Highly recommended if you’re after a scenic stay away from the tourism of Bali with access to some beautiful spots and fun activities!

Well before I landed, Yuli messaged me and kept in contact with me throughout my entire stay in Bali. If I was ever in a pickle, she would come and help me with information galore. They would make breakfast or lunch (depending on what time you’d wake up) and I thoroughly enjoyed every dish. The staff were also incredible. From looking after the plants to looking after myself. I also rented a bike through Yuli it was very cheap.

We wish we had booked this for WEEKS not days! We are already planning on coming back for our anniversary. The hosts were amazing, the views were spectacular, and all of the recommendations (surf instructors, restaurants, drivers) were fantastic. The community is so kind, and the prayers from the mosque were beautiful and contributed to the most peaceful feeling. We cannot say enough good things about this place!

I had a wonderful week staying at Annie’s place. I felt at home immediately. The bungalow was exactly as described. It was comfortable and clean, a lovely bathroom and being able to cook, make a juice or cup of tea was great. Annie is a kind and gracious host. Her main aim is to make sure you have the best time whilst staying with her. She gave me a tour of Lovina when I arrived, organised/arranged tours, made recommendations for places to eat. My last day Annie invited me to join her on a walking with friends group, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I enjoyed my stay so much I stayed a little longer 😃 Oh and not forgetting all the little snacks, home cooked food and treats that came my way, delicious 😋 Annie’s hospitality is endless she is one in a million : Thank you Annie 😘🌺

Muda Living was exceptional, the highlight of our stay in Ubud. The villa was spacious, clean and well kept, and the pool, just a few steps away, was super refreshing. But, the best part was staying inside the family compound (actually the back end of it), allowing a glimpse of daily life for the Balinese. It was quiet and has a nice cafe on the street front where you can get really good food or drinks. It’s a 10 minute drive from downtown (depending on traffic), but we thought a good distance from the busy, crowded streets of Ubud. There’s a beautiful rice field walk close by that leads into town. Kadek and Leni are incredibly kind and helpful, their family was warm and welcoming, as was everyone working at Muda Living. Highly recommend!
