Superb holiday apartment a walking distance from the beach front in one of the best sea resorts in Bulgaria, surrounded by five star hotels and resorts. The place has fully equipped and modern kitchen. Cousy balcony facing the swimming pool and old beautiful trees. Parking lots were available. I can only recommend this place. The host was fantastic- elegant, informed, professional and very friendly. Thank you 🫶

Absolutely loved my stay! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, but what truly stood out were the small artistic touches that brought the whole space to life—carefully chosen decor, cozy lighting, and unique art pieces that gave the place a warm, creative vibe. Every corner felt intentional and inspiring. You can tell the host really cares. Highly recommended!

I would say, Presley's property is the one of the best I've visited. Stylish, clean and comfortable, what more does one need.

We couldn’t recommend this place enough 😍 Irena is an absolutely wonderful host! She made us feel like home, has even prepared some Easter treats so we could celebrate. The place was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Even more beautiful than in pictures! It is just a short walk away from the sea and the garden views are really nice 😊

The apartment is amazing, and has everything you might need. The 2 rooms are big enough, you have AC in every room. The kitchen is full equiped. Yoanna is very friendly, she sent us all the info we needed, and she was kind enough to let us make a late check out. Also, the parking spot was a bonus, a bit right, but if you are carefull, there are no problems.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The place is clean and has everything you need. Location in general fire. Sea view, beauty in the evening. We were pleased with the presentations from the hostess. Thank you! We will definitely come again.

Well, I hesitated writing the review. From purely selfish reasons. This is a gem I wish I could keep to myself. Location, amenities, hospitality, convenience…second to none. As soon as you go through the gates of the gated community, you feel like you entered a 5 star resort. Modern, yet classy, next to historical sites, attractions, restaurants and yes, unlimited views. And then the surprise escalates. The hosts and the apartment are simply superb. After a long trip there, we had fresh fruit, cold water and chilled wine waiting for us. The gummy bears were a special touch for a little guilty pleasure. The condo offers everything you could find in your own home. Immaculate, clean, artsy, welcoming and much more. Martin and Claudia are simply fabulous. They thought of every single detail to welcome you and make you feel at home. And if you forgot your toothbrush, you would fine one there. We can’t wait to visit again next year. Thank you so much.

Not just a great location but a lovely apartment, very clean and tidy, nicely designed - looked alive. The host was spot on - responsive and easy to talk to. We will be visiting again, this is now our favourite spot in Balchik.

Great place for a getaway surroundings were beautiful and very difficult to find such a place with an astonishing views like that. Access to a private beach and restaurant. The hosts were also very hospitable.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We came as a family of six (2 adults, 4 kids) and found the unit to be perfect for our needs. It was spacious (big beds, large rooms, multiple balconies including one which is huge and with an expansive view) yet its also cozy with a nice living room and dining room table. The location and facilities met our needs with swimming pools, bars, even a small grocery store on the premises, while the beach was just a short walk away. We enjoyed a massage spa for massage which was both good and reasonably priced. Bottom line, we had a wonderful stay.

Clean,nicely arranged apartment,equipped with what is needed to have a carefree stay. Very communicative and responsive host - considering that in 2 days the water was stopped, he proposed us ( and we accepted) to move to another location, being the eve of the new year and not knowing how long it can take to fix the problem in the entire area. The second apartment also clean and well equipped. Pet friendly, an advantage for us traveling with a little poodle. I recommend, on a new visit to Varna we will come back to you. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Varna! The space was immaculate, beautifully designed, and everything inside felt brand new. The view from the apartment was simply stunning—waking up each morning to the panoramic sea view was a highlight of my trip. The host was equally fantastic—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and every question I had was answered promptly. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a truly breathtaking setting so perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and can’t recommend it highly enough!
