At the heart of the world, we offer accommodations in adorable homemade tiny houses. Full service and environmentally friendly policy. Greystone guesthouse is located in Holti sheep farm, Þílfirður and guests are welcome to join us in farm work. Holt stands high in the country, so it offers a unique view of the town's hillside, the extensive heaths, and the Thistlefeld coastline. The houses are 25 sqm and well equipped, with a kitchen, bathroom and sofa corner. Breakfast is served in baskets and is included in the price.

New 42 m² apartment in a peaceful countryside location. Commissioned July 6, 2025. There are two bedrooms in the apartment. Sleeps 4 people, one double bed in one and two 90 cm wide in the other. Small kitchenette and living room in a shared space. Bathroom with shower. Great views to the east, south and west of the house. In the summer, there is a vibrant and diverse bird life in the environment and sheep with lambs grazing nearby. Easy access to the house and free parking. Another guesthouse is nearby.

Relax in the beautiful woods of Úlfsstaðaskógur. This cabin comfortably sleeps 4 adults and its location makes it the perfect place to stay when exploring the eastern part of Iceland. Playgrounds for the kids are only a short walk away and Egilsstaðir are only a 10 minute drive from the cabin where you get all the service you need. Supermarkets, swimming pool, Vök-Baths natural baths and plenty of restaurants. The patio is perfect for outdoor dining in the evening sun.

The cottage is on a small and quiet family run farm, 8 km to the town Egilsstaðir. These small houses are cozy and heated with geothermal energy, the cottages can be booked all year around. We provide linen, towels, tea and Coffee for no extra charge. The surrounding area consists of a river, trees, northern lights, beautiful nature and during the winter time you might even see some reindeers wandering around.

The cabin is just a couple of minute drive from Seydisfyordur. You might even spot some whales while having a bbq. Don’t miss to hike and visit Vestdalur waterfalls that is a short walk from the cabin. The cabin is provided with dvds, books and vintage video games.

Newly renovated building set in the fjord of Seyðisfjörður, 7 km away from the town centre. The house was a school in the older days but has now been given a modern design with beautiful views and the feeling of being away from everything.
