Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Baixada Fluminense

We had a wonderful time at Lavinia and Alexandre's place. Both of them - and the tree cats - made us feel very welcome and immediately at home, sharing local tips and leaving wide-open their house to our needs, while the charm of the house made the rest. This is an incredibly beautiful and relaxing place nestled in one of the main street of Santa Teresa, featuring many bars and restaurants options in one of the most iconic location of the city. We loved the tropical garden and being able to rest in the room's balcony hammock. Everything was special, exceeding our expectations.

Comfortable house with leisure area with amenities that ensured a very relaxing stay, the wood oven and the pool provided us with great moments. We will come back and indicate the house for sure!

Excellent is the correct word to describe this special location. From the beginning to the end at home , the cleanliness and organization earned a score of 1000…. I do not forget to this day the scent of the fragrant bedding, it was a perfect stay! Each corner has a touch of care and affection, all prepared with great care !

The location is excellent! The apartment was super in order, good bedding and pillows. And there is also a drinking fountain in the apartment that made it easy . We stayed only for a weekend, and we enjoyed a lot of the penthouse (swimming pool). Great shower. And we will return, certainly!

One if the nicest people I have ever met in my life! Andrea is what you call a “one of a kind host” and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. She professional, prompt and honest from the moment I reached out to her. We needed a long term option and Andrea made it possible. When we arrived we were greeted by her wonder mother who waited despite our plane being delayed. She even helped us with our luggage and brought round a few supplies as she knew we had a baby. Andrea reached out to us on a regular basis and even though we had zero problems, she always responded quicker than expected if we had any questions. The apartment, building and staff are all great and what you see in the photos is what you’ll be getting when you arrive. The apartment is very spacious, well decorated and clean. It comes with everything as stated. The neighbourhood and building are both so safe and everything you’ll need is on your doorstep. The next time we’re in Rio, we know where we’ll be staying!

Perfect place close to the beach and amazing restaurants! Clean, quiet and cozy!

Braulio, fabiula's husband, served us with great care and punctuality. He was always available for any questions and even referred us to a driver to pick us up at the airport. The apartment is great and the condominium facilities are perfect! The outdoor pool has hot water and the restaurant has a tasty food and with super affordable prices for RJ. The convenience is great! I highly recommend it and plan to return!

We had an amazing stay and the apartment is perfectly located in Leblon. Walking distance to all of the bars and restaurants and not least the beach. Nicole showed us around when we arrived so we got a little familiar in the area. The only downside to the stay was that we were recommended a restaurant owned by the family that was a little too expensive and fancy for our taste. There was also a latch on the door and we were able to lock ourselves out. There was no spare key at the front desk and it is difficult for us who don't know the language to get a locksmith. It worked out anyway. Overall, we found the stay to be incredibly good and Nicole is very sociable as a hostess
