Spacious 215 m2 chalet on a 4 hectares park open to fishermen in a natural setting. In the central part: a beautiful room of 80 m2 including a large reception room, a bar area and a living room. Upstairs: mezzanine, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. On each side of the chalet, there are two independent apartments that are connected to the central room.
