A perfect New Year's weekend by the fireplace. A very large place whether it's the house or the outdoor space. A barn with several games were available for our pleasure but also that of our children. It had everything we needed for our holiday. Perfect location, close to metro, great restaurants around, supermarkets were also in walking distance. The place was clean, had an amazing terrace, very spacious. Did not get hot even if outside was 32 degrees.

A very nice house and services in all respects consistent with the description and photos! We had a great weekend. The house offered a lot of activities that allowed grandchildren to share memorable moments in beautiful conditions. We really appreciated the arrival and departure times, which allow you to fully enjoy the place, the welcome and the follow-up of Mikael. Verneuil sur Avre, very close, is a pretty town with a beautiful market and quality shops. The pastry shop, Le jardin des gourmandises has made a superb and delicious room mounted. I would recommend this house. We will not hesitate to go back.
