Take in the ocean views & salt air & take a step back in time at our old-fashioned cottage. Constructed in the 70’s, most original fixtures & furnishings remain. Disconnect as much as you like, as cell service isn’t available in the town but there is wifi at the house. Make the most of simpler times: play records on the old record player, listen to NL music stations on the old radio. It’s a super clean & comfortable little spot & a perfect destination to experience the tranquility of outport NL.

Knight’s Landing, is a very private retreat only 25 minutes from Twillingate and 45 minutes from the ferry to Fogo Island. There are three separate suites, Upper, Lower & The Loft, all with great ocean views. The suites are non smoking. The Upper suite has a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster oven, dishes and utensils as well as TV, internet and hair dryer. Can I give six stars?? We have stayed in many Airbnb and B&b accommodations. This one is outstanding. The space is extremely comfortable and the hosts, Caroline and Richard, are extraordinary. They are warm, generous and have the best sense of humour. The breakfasts they made for us were absolutely delicious and unique to Newfoundland. We were amazed by the beauty we discovered while hiking in surrounding communities. The Baie Verte Peninsula is definitely worth visiting. We’d love to return someday. We would most definitely recommend Parson’s B&b!

Simply amazing. Jenn is so wonderful (her husband as well, but only met for a few minutes 😅) Nice and friendly welcome including some background talk about the special place and POI around. Cute breakfast included that was a positive surprise, since we didn't realize in listing. The unit was the Loft and the name says it all. Great views of the ocean / bay from inside and outside (huge patio!). The unit was so well equipped, we don't believe there could be anything Jenn forgot 😍 WOW! Maybe the best equipped Airbnb we ever stayed at. Sure, the language location is a bit out of everything, but not too far to make a drive to all the attractions. Anyway, cannot imagine a better place if you want peaceful silence! Only complain was, that we stayed only 1 night 😂 If we come back to NF we will definitely come back to Jenn and her property. Wonderful people, wonderful accommodation - thank you both 🙏

We stayed for an overnight here on the way to St John's, and it's beautiful. Picturesque surroundings and great room. Greg was super helpful and responsive as it was a very last minute booking and he come and greeted us and even gave us some nice merch hats which I'm wearing now! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.
