This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

We were so pleased with our stay! Cottage with a beautiful view, warm atmosphere, lots of cooking equipment. Very clean and tidy place. Lyne is very available to answer questions, she responds very quickly and seems to have the well-being of her guests at heart! I would highly recommend :)

This was a beautiful old school house, on a fairly quiet street. The kitchen was set up with everything you would need to cook a meal. this was a greatbhouse for 3 of us for 5 daya

Beautiful stay in a superb spacious house, ideal for hosting a large family. We had a wonderful time at our annual family reunion. The house offered all the comforts you need: fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, warm common areas, and all the amenities on site to feel at home. The location was perfect, located in a peaceful area, a short walk to the river and close to all services: grocery stores, activities, parks and other points of interest. A real corner of paradise to get together with family and enjoy nature while having access to everything we needed. We had a great time and left with lots of great memories. This is a place we would recommend without hesitation and hope to return to.

A delightful mix of old house (hand-hewn beams and squared-off logs for walls) with new renovations (modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean, etc.). The neighborhood is not particularly beautiful, but we were looking for proximity to the Mont St. Anne xc ski trails and this home is perfectly located for that, along with a small grocery store and gas station a couple hundred meters away. It is both cozy and comfortable, and we will gladly come back again, potentially with other family friends as the house has three apartments and would easily house a large number of people. I genuinely cannot say enough nice things about this home. We felt so comfortable here, and I really appreciated not only how carefully and detailed the house was furnished/decorated/appointed, but also how CLEAN it was! It genuinely felt like we were the first people ever staying here. Host was responsive, friendly, and exemplified the qualities I search for in an AirBnb host. I only wish our trip was longer!!! Book this stay and don't waste time with the other "chalets" in the area. This one is the real deal!

Marie’s home was exactly what we were looking for on our stay. It’s a lovely retreat and met every expectation. It is removed from the hustle and bustle of Quebec City so be prepared that very few restaurants deliver to the address (there is a wonderful grocery very close and many restaurants offer take out within a 20 minute drive). I did not expect to go tubing before breakfast as an adult, but when in Quebec in winter, take every opportunity to play in the snow - and we’d book this place again simply because that little bonus was so much fun!

Dave and Clara provide a lovely clean home for your stay. We were winter renters so we did not get to experience the pool. The location was perfect for 7 of us to be close to the city for the holidays.

It was cool, especially the pistoche where we had a great time with friends. Beautiful apartment with beautiful views, however the walls have traces (it looks like lascaux caves) and there were blood marks on the sheets... I'm perplexed, do you do free-fight in the rooms?...

We had a fantastic stay at Cyril’s place. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the Saint Lawrence River and the check-in process was seamless. Cyril was incredibly responsive and made sure we felt right at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Superb spacious chalet, very luxurious, impeccable, with magnificent views, excellent hospitality, beautiful area, we just have positive things to say! We were four couples of friends, we did 2 days at Mont Grand Fonds (cross-country and alpine skiing) and in the evening we were able to enjoy the spa and pool table. The host was very anxious to serve us well, even offered us on site a small gift bag of local products to taste, which were delicious. Thanks for a great getaway.

5on5 one thing to add hardwood floor in living room ... kitchen dining room... very beautiful... as well as moldings.... real tree wood haha

Everything was at our disposal for a smooth stay. What could be better than falling asleep looking at the stars in a beautiful place! We'll go back for sure:)

Philipe's cottage was absolutely wonderful!! The cottage was bigger and cozier than in the pictures and there was ample space and amneties to host 12 of us! Upon arrival, we were all pleasantly surprised by the warmth, the beauty and the spaceousness of the cottage. The karaoké ambiance was definitely a vibe!! We adored our experience and had nothing negative to say about the property, only positive vibes and very appreciative of Philipe's warmth and kindness. Philipe was very responsive and helpful for local reccomendations as well as where we could go out and explore his large and beautiful property. We crossed him on the trails where we went sliding, which was such a great time, and he warmly asked if we needed anything or further instructions. We all highly recommend staying with Philip, we had a wholesome cozy time and throroughly enjoyed the outdoors right in the backyard. We felt right at home, which made it feel like more than just a weekend getaway! Thank you so much :)

Amazing place! It was perfect for me and my boyfriend. Board games were nice to have, kitchen is very well equipped and we had everything we needed. Hot tub is a major plus and it was the best part. Maxine is really helpful and great at communication! Thanks for having us!!! Will definitely stay here again

It was a great place to stay in a cabin. And I loved how Francis explained everything in a detailed way. And the cabin van has everything in it.

My friends and I had a great weekend at this cottage! We particularly loved the rooms, the large dining table that allowed everyone to be well settled to eat or play board games and the spa. Thank you for hosting us!
