Charming wooden bungalow, independent air-conditioned, located 15 minutes from the airport not far from the Destreland shopping center,in a quiet residential area. It consists of an air-conditioned main room, a bed with mosquito net, a bathroom. The kitchen area is equipped with fridge, microwave, hob+oven, dishes and a sunny terrace equipped with umbrella. Close to shops and shopping centers. 10 minutes from the airport, the cruise port of Pointe-à-Pitre and the ZI de Jarry. 15 minutes from the first beaches. The property has a water tank that can hold 24 hours in case of water cuts due to network repair work.
