Impeccable, bright and very comfortable apartment, clear instructions to get there independently, close to the ferry terminal, within walking distance:)

The apartment was in a great location for visiting Guadeloupe. It is located at ground level. It was very clean and matches the photos . The host was very friendly you can communicate with her easily . The only small thing that would need to be improved is the exterior condition of the building, the building is aging and would need maintenance.

I stayed there for 50 days, pure happiness. Impeccably clean apartment with all the appliances and accessories needed for everyday life. Mr. Frédéric is intentional and friendly. They go so far as to take steps to make it easier for you to adapt. The apartment is located in the very heart of beautiful Guadeloupe. Nearby you will find a dozen restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and shops. I would definitely recommend Mr. Frécéric's apartment.

We just spent 2 weeks in Florence's apartment and we are satisfied with our stay to the point of wanting to come back for a longer stay next season. The description is true to life: quiet, comfortable, clean, well-equipped (with, in particular, washing machines and dryers, very useful if the stay is long), good location (supermarket, restaurant, close to Pointe à Pitre, central both for going to Basse Terre and Grande Terre, a beach 10-15 minutes' walk or less than 5 minutes' drive and with, which gives a plus, a nice view of the bay of Pointe à Pitre. Florence is a welcoming host and always available when needed. In short, a pleasant stay in every way!!!

Travel group: We were a family with children on vacation in Guadeloupe Location: The apartment is located in Bas du Fort. Great for exploring both parts of the island. In addition, the apartment is quiet, but walking distance to bars, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. Apartment: The apartment is fully furnished. Maryse also provides laundry detergent, shower gel, and soap. There are also towels and beach sheets. The air conditioning ensures a perfect ambient climate. The four bedrooms are spacious and have queen-size beds. Both bathrooms also offer space and comfort. There's even a cooler so we can take cold drinks to the beach. Host: Maryse is a great host. She is always available and makes every effort to show you everything related to the apartment upon your arrival. The welcome fruit basket was a very kind gesture.

it's been a nice three days at Michel's place i was informed of everything in advance and Michel was very helpful if you are traveling without a car, you can use the good bus network, even in one hour to the airport

We had a great stay, warm welcome from our host who was understanding despite the delay of our flight. The house is ideally located in the center of the island for easy access to the whole of Guadeloupe.

Very good stay at Thierry's, great location and very secure. Thierry is very friendly and the little extra fresh bread and croissant in the morning. I recommend the Myosotis.

Delighted to have been able to benefit from Gino's accommodation, very nice and considerate, the calm of the countryside, well centered to go as beautiful on Basse-Terre as on the Grande Terre side, which allowed us to have beautiful days of discoveries: hiking and beach, visits (chocolate house, zoo and botany etc. The accommodation helped to appreciate Guadeloupe, and its inhabitants who are charming Thank you very much. We were 5 adults and stayed there for 15 days. The house: good living space, well-equipped, clean, the rooms are large and air-conditioned, the mattresses are important for a good night's sleep and a good vacation, they are new and very comfortable. Well located in the center of the island. Only negative point also mentioned in other reviews, traffic of cars on the nearby road which did not bother us too much as we were absent during the day. Thanks to Marie Laure and Émile for their hospitality, availability and kindness, very good communication. Rental that I would highly recommend. Large house with garden in the quiet of a cul-de-sac with very little traffic. The location in Lamentin is ideal for exploring the whole of the two Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre islands. Fully equipped, we found what we had forgotten in our suitcases. The kitchen is also well equiped for cooking. The bedrooms all have air conditioning. Morena is a respectful and welcoming host. We had a wonderful stay!

Our stay at Thierry and Ghislaine's was more than perfect! They are extremely warm while respecting privacy. Every little detail is carefully thought out. The common areas also allow for great encounters with other tenants (only one additional listing). We highly recommend this listing, this place completely in nature and very charming. Very nice studio, very well furnished, the water tank in case of a power cut is a real plus in this area. Perfectly equipped, I will come back without hesitation.

We had a great time at Elodie's place, a very responsive and pleasant host. The location of the accommodation is perfect for discovering the whole island. The pool (which is accessed at any time, even in the evening) is a bonus for the accommodation. We would highly recommend this one.

we had problems with the water outages ( problems related to the city and not the accommodation ) then we fell badly compared to the date because on Monday di de paque the tradition is to camp on the beach so we have a little noise..... but all this is forgotten thanks to the charm of the accommodation and especially its magnificent view of the beach.... sleeping and hearing the sound of the waves is simply magical . ...

We were looking for a place not far from the airport so as not to drive after the long flight and in the middle of Guadeloupe to reduce travel and this accommodation was perfect for us. It matches the photos with everything you need inside and very clean. The best part of the apartment is that it has drinking water at the tap and an additional water tank which in our case was very useful because of the water service strikes during our stay. Would highly recommend, hoping to come back soon if possible

We had a great time at Steeve's place. The house is located in a quiet and secure residence close to the beach. The accommodation is lovely. In addition, we enjoyed direct access to the pool and private parking space. Having friends on the island, we will come back, without hesitation, as soon as the opportunity arises.

Clean and bright apartment, relatively quiet despite the busy road. Very nice view of the Gosier Island. Maybe a TV is missing. Great stay.
