The villa is very comfortable for the group of 10 we were including a baby, the air conditioning in all the rooms is very nice. The outside is extremely nice with its 2 terraces, pool and jacuzzi. The accommodation is very well located to discover the island. Marine and Olivier are 2 very charming hosts, responsive with good communication.

The accommodation is very well located for exploring Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre. Very nice accommodation and access to the pool is a big plus. Travel group: We were a family with children on vacation in Guadeloupe Location: The apartment is located in Bas du Fort. Great for exploring both parts of the island. In addition, the apartment is quiet, but walking distance to bars, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. Apartment: The apartment is fully furnished. Maryse also provides laundry detergent, shower gel, and soap. There are also towels and beach sheets. The air conditioning ensures a perfect ambient climate. The four bedrooms are spacious and have queen-size beds. Both bathrooms also offer space and comfort. There's even a cooler so we can take cold drinks to the beach. Host: Maryse is a great host. She is always available and makes every effort to show you everything related to the apartment upon your arrival. The welcome fruit basket was a very kind gesture.

Really enjoyed my stay. Great views, absolutely quiet and a very short drive into the city. You have to be handle your car, because the street can be quite steep at times, but it is 100% worth it. I appreciated in particular the chance to communicate in English, thank you for that as well. Would stay again!

Impeccable rental, close to Milenis shopping center and airport. The instructions are clear to get to the accommodation (via waze), take the 1st path to the right from the main street... Nicole is welcoming and always available while being very discreet. I would recommend this place with modern and neat decoration and very well equipped. Wouldn't hesitate to come back!

It was a very great apartment! Communication and check-in went smoothly and we were received very nicely, including a small gift. It was very clean, the amenities are good and the open kitchen and balcony are an absolute dream! The view of the Ilet du Gosier is truly unique and very picturesque. Visiting the island is a must! We would come back.

we had problems with the water outages ( problems related to the city and not the accommodation ) then we fell badly compared to the date because on Monday di de paque the tradition is to camp on the beach so we have a little noise..... but all this is forgotten thanks to the charm of the accommodation and especially its magnificent view of the beach.... sleeping and hearing the sound of the waves is simply magical . ...

Perfect accommodation and good location on the island. Incredibly well equipped (there is everything you need, from the cooler to the masks and snorkels). It feels like home. The accommodation was really very clean upon arrival, which is very much appreciated. Access to the pool and beach is a very pleasant plus, the residence is very quiet. A little hitch on arrival, but Maria was really very responsive and everything was settled very quickly. Really a golden host (the neighbors are really super nice too). In short, great accommodation for a beautiful holiday in Guadeloupe. I recommend 1000%!

We had a great time at Steeve's place. The house is located in a quiet and secure residence close to the beach. The accommodation is lovely. In addition, we enjoyed direct access to the pool and private parking space. Having friends on the island, we will come back, without hesitation, as soon as the opportunity arises.

the best location for a short stay. incredible ocean views. very conveniently located. the host Rachel (who manages the flat on behalf of Virginie) is extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place.
