The place was absolutely fantastic! The road is not too far away, yet right in beautiful nature. You were alone due to the private access! Unfortunately, it was noisy due to a construction site, otherwise you could hear nature wonderfully. Nevertheless, the accommodation is simply a dream, the owners are easy to reach and super friendly. There was even a water dispenser! Everything was perfect and we highly recommend it! Of course, you have to reckon with insects, as it is located directly in nature among a variety of plants. From there you can reach everything wonderfully by car!

Veronique's place on the hill has the perfect view of the beach. Drive down was about 15 minutes and easy to find once settled in the home. I would vacation there again and refer friends and family interested in going to Seychelles. Thank you for your hospitality!

Amazing five days here and wish we never had to leave!!! The villa is stunning - pristine, modern, & well equipped with everything you need, including a well stocked kitchen that came with a welcome basket of goodies and even salt and pepper and butter packets. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and even grilling utensils! Do the bbq on the beach with some fresh caught whole fish - you will not regret it. There is a small store right outside the complex for essentials, including charcoal/sterno, or pick up groceries in the bigger towns before you settle in (Anse royale/Victoria aren’t too far away). Daily housekeeping even washed the dishes :) The beach gives access to the water (go kayaking in the morning!! Insanely peaceful and the clearest water to see coral & fish), but you’ll want a car to explore better beaches close by for swimming (Anse Intendance was our fav). Also did I mention a ping pong table?! Staff was so helpful and kind. We can’t say enough - book this place!!

Wow! Our stay at this apartment was one of our best vacation experience! The view from the terrace is just amazing, we couldn't believe our eyes. The house is comfortable and carefully designed with vision. Daniel is a lovely person. he helped us in everything and drove us to the bus station. The near beach - Anse Soleil is the most beautiful beach we ever seen. best of Seychelles beaches in our opinion. A thing that visitor should know is that neighbourhood is full of steep roads and walking by feet is not easy. Thank you Daniel! we wish to return again

Good location. Warm welcome despite our late arrival. Very spacious and clean accommodation with a beautiful terrace overlooking the surrounding vegetation and the sea in the distance. Set back from the road, the place is very quiet. Very good value for money. We recommend this property!

We had the opportunity to stay at Red Coconut & had the most lovely time. The surroundings are stunning & it was difficult at times to leave to explore more of the island. Lenny is an absolute gem & definitely set the tone from the beginning for our stay. Incredibly friendly, so funny and always available if we ever had a question. The communal living space is more than enough room for the different guests & we never felt that we were in each other’s way. Our room, the family guest suite was so large, the bathroom was incredibly spacious but the view was so beautiful overlooking the garden, pool & ocean beyond. I also want to commend Mary for being the most responsive host we’ve encountered from her availability, always communicating from the start of our inquiries until booking, answering questions just prior to us arriving & following up after our stay. We truly hope we have the pleasure of returning one day to Red Coconut, fingers crossed.

The location is absolutely amazing! From the start, Lenny made my arrival smooth with detailed and thoughtful messages. He welcomed me with great enthusiasm, showed me around, and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. The house itself is beautiful and well-equipped, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. I also had the chance to meet some incredible people during my stay. Lenny went above and beyond—offering rides when needed and always being available for any requests. What made my experience even more special was his thoughtfulness—surprising me with a birthday and goodbye gift. Truly an unforgettable stay! Highly recommend.

Beautiful stay! Hosts available, flexible, proactive. Apartment exactly as described: clean, bright, surrounded by wonderful nature and close to our favourite Island beach: Anse Intendance

Overall it was great. Spotless clean , the view is amazing , the sound of the creek next to the house: peaceful! Bed comfy! Fridge and freezer clean and very efficient. Recommend to provide more kitchen utilities such as blender, bowls and each one more pot and pan. Was there a coffee machine? The AC was odd, a bit too loud actually. But other than that- everything was fine. Be aware the street going up is very very steep. I am worldwide driver and nothing scares me, but you should know. The google address is not accurate, it’s much further up hill. Febrona was great- she let us stay until evening and was always available! Thank you so much - we enjoyed our stay a lot!

We traveled with the family to Seychelles and stayed throughout our trip in the villa, which we liked a lot. All was great, the villa has its authentical touch, the hosts were very nice and friendly, the view to the ocean was marvelous, and a small beach was just nearby. The nights were quiet, as the villa is away from all noises and touristic places. We enjoyed our privacy and trip to Seychelles! Big thanks to Mary, Christophe and Gian.

Even the toiletries were handmade from Peter and Jenny’s own brand, a beautiful personal touch that made the experience even more special. Peter and Jenny are incredible hosts - warm, attentive, and always available if we needed anything. We felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. We can’t wait to return to Villa Abundance on our next trip to Seychelles. Highly recommended!

the place is great, it's big lots of room. all the rooms are big. lovely kitchen. the host was amazing. help is as soon as we got there. only thing was the location, it's not at Eden Bridge, it's on top of the mountain, I was disappointed at first, but it turned out amazing. you are close to the other side, and it's so beautiful on the other side. I will definitely book again. they just need to change their location on the app. but it's definitely worth it.

The apartment is perfect for two, with a lovely comfortable bedroom and bathroom, and really good sized kitchen / lounge area with a great balcony overlooking the Marina and the hills. Excellent kitchen fully equipped (has a Nespresso so bring capsules). Eden island is a great facility and a good base to tour from. Some good restaurants (Bravo in particular), and four beaches on the island means you don’t have to go far. That said, even some of the best and most remote beaches in the south such as Grand Police are only 40 minutes away. Airport is 12 minutes. Communications pre stay were excellent, and the hosts provided all we needed to apply for our entry visa. Would definitely stay again!
