We had a wonderful week at La Marquise. The villa is exactly as described: spacious, well-equipped and with direct access to the Diamant beach – a real little paradise. The atmosphere is very relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The location is ideal, close to several sites to visit, and there is even a great restaurant right next door. The host was very responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. We would recommend it in a second!

We had a lovely stay The house is comfortable and has all the amenities But it must be admitted the great plus of this rental is its location, a magnificent terrace overlooking the bay of diamonds Have breakfast facing the sea with the gentle sound of the waves The small beach is two minutes away Foot that allows swimming every morning You guessed it, we loved it and we highly recommend this listing.

Very nice private villa, 2 steps from the beach, the mythical church and some shops. Parking is easy outside. The terrace is very flowery and filled with birds. The large bedroom is spacious, the second, also pretty, has a private terrace with outdoor shower, all under a green setting. The kitchen is well equipped. Too bad the toilets are integrated into the bathroom. The latter deserves a refresh, a real facelift. But what a pleasure to have spent our vacation at Patrick's, who is a very beautiful person. We'll be happy to go back to his place.

A very pleasant, peaceful, very clean and well-equipped accommodation to spend a beautiful week in the coves of Arlet. Air conditioning, mosquito net, and bathroom in each bedroom. Ventilated terrace allowing you to enjoy the splendid view of the coves of Arlet. Jacqueline is very welcoming. We loved his accras. She had left us breakfast essentials in the fridge. Jacqueline adapted to our check in and check out times. We recommend it +++

Small house in the very pretty residence. Matches the description. The beach just opposite is not very busy but the sea is a little rougher. The snack bar just opposite makes noise on weekends but is quiet the rest of the time. Anaïs was very nice and available.

We had a wonderful stay! The central location made it easy for us to get around Martinique. The services offered are as described and the owner was very responsive when we requested him. This villa is ideal for a group of 10 and the spaces are large enough for everyone to feel at ease. We'll go back there without a second thought and recommend it!:)
