Nice apartment facing the sea with south-facing balcony in a secure residence with parking. Comfortable. 1st floor without elevator access. Renovated apartment with a bedroom with a 140 X 190 double bed. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi. "La Résidence" is located opposite the sandy beach of Grand Vallat, with access to a private beach with a pergola. Boules court, ping pong table and deckchairs are available. Located less than a 10-minute walk to the city center and its shops.

My accommodation is close to everything, the view is exceptional on the bay of portissol with the ballet of boats in front of you. Restaurants, beach, shops are nearby you can spend your week without taking the car. You have a private garage to leave your vehicle without the worries and the cost of parking right next to the apartment and you can enjoy your holidays on foot, beaches, restaurants, idleness.

The apartment is a real gem. We enjoyed being very close to the harbor in the cafes and restaurants and at the same time having a very short walk to the beautiful beach. You are in the middle of Bandol and yet live very quietly. The view from the balcony is magical and lets you enjoy fantastic sunsets. We like to cook and found very good equipment in the kitchen. In the comfortable beds you can sleep quietly and well with a fan or air conditioning. The small bathroom is new and tastefully decorated. Jeremy is a very reliable host. He always communicated quickly and easily, took care of all our concerns immediately and gave us valuable tips. We felt very welcome. Thank you for the wonderful days with you - we recommend the apartment without reservation!

What a special place! The house is fully equipped, particularly the kitchen and the living room have all amenities you could imagine. The view is incredible, the outdoor space is gorgeous, the plants are very well kept and the terrace is very spacious. Very clean indoors and outdoors! We enjoyed the projector with the Dolby surround system on the rainy days. There were not many options to eat out or buy groceries/bread within walking distance, so some driving is needed. Marc was also very helpful and fast to respond when we had some issues with the home automation. Overall a wonderful place we hope to come back to again.

It's a beautiful stay The apartment is located in a very nice complex that is secured (2 gates with parking). The layout of the apartment is optimal. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the apartment. The contact with Omar was exemplary. Sincere thanks for the friendly welcome, tips and flexibility in checking in and out.

Your apartment is very clean, modernly furnished and well thought out with all the amenities you need for a self-catering stay. The location is excellent either on foot for errands in the city or for the start of walks by the sea, the view is breathtakingly beautiful. The apartment is bright and friendly. Thank you very much Laurence for having us stay with you, you are a warm, excellent hostess!

Had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very bright, well-equipped and above all facing the sea. How nice it is to drink a coffee in the morning with such a view. We'll come back as soon as possible I think.....
