Casa immensa e vicinissima al lago, parcheggio sia libero che ha pagamento sotto casa quindi c’è sempre posto. Siamo stati molto bene insieme quindi ci ritorneremo di sicuro

A great gateway location to Rome. Was easy to travel to and from Rome each day. 200 meters from the ocean - which provided great walking, running or biking opportunities. Very nice local restaurants, cafes and supermarket opportunities all within walking distance of the Villa. Paolo is a great host, providing proactive and helpful communication throughout your (our) stay. The pictures reflect exactly what you get, you’ll enjoy the set up. For us it was a very comfortable stay, in which we enjoyed our family time both inside the villa, as well as enjoyed the well maintained, spacious nice yard and set up.

We had a wonderful stay in Roma and it was really nice to have nice places to walk around to find breakfast in the morning or for supper just before heading back to the very beautiful, sunny and cosy appartment. We were really happy thank you!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour car l’appartement est idéalement situé. Il est très facile de marcher pour visiter les incontournables de Rome. Francesco nous a aussi donné de très bons conseils de restaurants. Il est très réactif et a toujours su nous aider pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux.

The apartment was, as the description says, charming. Full of period touches as set out in the listing. The hosts went out of their way to be helpful and thoughtful - they decorated the apartment and provided cake and spumante so we could celebrate our granddaughter's birthday, and Giovanni came quickly to our rescue this morning when I managed to get a key stuck in the wrong lock! And as for the "secret room"! The kids had a whale of a time looking for it, and then sleeping in it once it had been discovered. An excellent stay - I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Ricardo ist ein wirklich zuvorkommender, freundlicher und aufgeschlossener Gastgeber, der sich um alles gekümmert hat. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden und genau richtig, um aus dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes streiften allerhand Tiere über das Grundstück wie Wildschweine, Fasane, Stachelschweine und Rehe. Die Hütte hatte keine Nachbarn und man ist vollkommen in der Natur der Toskana. Ich kann die Hütte vollkommen empfehlen. Einzige kleine Abstriche sind dass der Pool schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und nicht mehr so frisch wie auf den Fotos aussieht und dass die Sauna etwas verzogen ist, wodurch an vielen Stellen Wind in die Sauna zieht und man relativ lange benötigt an kalten Tagen die Sauna und den Whirlpool anzuheizen.

I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this place! The location is super convenient—there’s a metro station right downstairs, which makes getting around the city a breeze. The room is spacious, and the interior design is absolutely stunning—stylish, high-end, and full of thoughtful details. It felt just like staying in a luxury hotel. On top of that, the host was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Great value for the quality and service. I’d definitely love to stay here again!

The customer service was great, we were running late because of cancelled flights and they were so helpful and flexible. The flat was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is residential yet there is a small cafe on the corner and a small shop with everything you need within 5 minutes walk. A short walk away is Pont Milvio and there are several great restaurants and bars there. Getting into the centre is easy enough, the bus stop is 1 minute away, change once to get to the sights. Tickets can be bought at the nearby bar. We would stay here again.
