The apartment is located on the hill of Saint Pierre, exposed to the sun with a view of one of the two castles of the town and a panoramic view of Mount Grivola. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with a shower, a storage room with a washing machine, and a green area outside with a table, chairs, and an umbrella. The cabin is located in the village called Batcheuy just over 600 meters above sea level, where there are only two cottages and an old cellar. The surrounding area consists of an apple orchard, meadows, other fruit trees and the woods. The road to access it is unpaved for the last 50 meters and ends at the property. The other cottage, very close but independent, is used by the family. In summer it is a cool place because it is surrounded by streams and close to the woods.
