Completely renovated and fresh, this small 2-room apartment is very modern and functional. 10-minute walk to Skarpnäck subway station, direct access to soccer fields and green areas. The accommodation is suitable for your business stays, your family and romantic holidays. My apartment consists of an open equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a living room and a place for the office and a bathroom. You will have access to entire the entire place

Small apartment with own entrance. The room/apartment has a kitchen with a new stove, oven, microwave, fridge etc and its own toilet. The spa with a wooden sauna, bath tub and a shower is mainly for your own use. The laundry and recreation room are shared with us. The apartment is in the basement of our classical villa from 1942 in peaceful area with a big garden and barbeque possibilities. 10 min by car to Södermalm, 15 min to city center with t-bana from Skarpnäck or Skogskyrkogården .

Cozy and spacious (50 sq m/540 sq ft) top floor apartment with good communications and brand new furniture. Windows in two directions with a sprawling view over the idyllic Gamla Enskede houses. Comfy walking distance to the subway(5 min), 3Arena and The globe(17 min) and the venues in Slakthusområdet. With uber or even voi everything including the city is 5-10 min away. Cosy and romantic old fashioned appartment in traditional area just outside the port of Stockholm that has an ambiance of a small town. Private upper floor with two beds twelve minutes with subway from Stockholm Central station. Perfect for a single person, a couple with a small baby. Like being on the country side, but on the same time in the middle of the city.

A well-designed 27 sqm apartment featuring a main room with a 140 cm bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for three. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, and storage shelves. Guests have full access to the apartment, including free WiFi, bedding, towels, a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, coffee, and tea. An iron and ironing board are also provided. There is ongoing construction in the area, but the work is scheduled for regular work hours on weekdays.
