“L’Oliva” è una residenza di recentissima ricostruzione, immersa tra gli ulivi secolari della tenuta Villa Clelia che si estende per circa 4 ettari. Attorniata dal verde della natura e dai suoi giardini, gode di un’ampia piscina condivisa e di un orto con i frutti di stagione. Si trova a meno di 2 km dalle spiagge della “Riviera dei Gelsomini”. All’interno della tenuta vi sono altre due residenze: Il Cafiso ed il Palmento di Villa Clelia ma ciascuna residenza gode di privacy e tranquillità.

The place is suitable to host families or groups for relaxing stays surrounded by greenery.

You can easily walk to the beach without the need to use the car. On our beach both free and equipped there are three beach establishments with related catering and leisure services. The ventilated hillside location is a very quiet area, in the street that leads to the center there are greengrocers, two butchers, a deli and a supermarket.
