Cozy 2-room apartment near the Baltic Sea

Small quiet apartment in the countryside. Franzburg is more a sleepy place with an ice cream shop, Edeka, Sparkasse and pharmacy and does not offer much touristy. Here you should definitely be mobile, as it is a good starting point for day trips in all directions. The Baltic Sea with beautiful beaches on the Darss can be reached after about 40 minutes. The city of Stralsund and the Rügenauffahrt can be reached in about 30 minutes. The well-equipped apartment contains a small kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. This includes a parking space, (a balcony ) and use of the Wi-Fi. Towels and made-up beds are provided upon arrival. If required, an extra bed can be made for a child at no extra charge.

Here and there a crib of paint that please the eye. »Hygge in the North German« describes it very well from our point of view:) From our point of view, the focus is clearly on peace and quiet. The very small, but very rustic and cozy holiday house Paula has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping floor, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut building, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed change in the season, basically 3 p.m. Check-in time, 10 a.m. Check-out time, of course, it is also more relaxed by appointment! No pets, there are extra costs for bedding and electricity (in winter).

This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, animals are unfortunately not welcome. There is no smoking in the apartment.
