The charming Gründerzeit villa is located in the center of Markkleeberg in the south of Leipzig. We have lovingly renovated it in a historic setting. By S-Bahn train, you are in the city of Leipzig in 15 minutes. Lake Cospuden is within walking distance (5 minutes by bike). The room is located on the first floor next to our kitchen. The bed is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Bikes can be locked in our garage. Parking is possible on the street. The S-Bahn and bus can be reached quickly. There are several supermarkets nearby.

The villa is in Weimar's best housing area with the park at its doorstep. The city is just a few minutes walking. This over 80 year old villa provides a special atmosphere: It is refurbished but still somewhat outdated, best for people who rather appreciate the original then looking for everything being modernised. The large room has got a double bed and enjoys a lot of daylight. The bathroom is just opposite of the room and needs to be shared as well as the kitchen in the basement of the villa.

The manor house was built in 1906. It is surrounded by a very large courtyard area, which today is used more for events than for agriculture. Room for 2 with luxury bathroom (shower, tub and infrared cabin) in a family atmosphere (all other rooms are common rooms). Ideal for staycation: sleeping in, breakfast in bed and pajama day for pure relaxation. The entire house can accommodate up to 10 people and can be rented on request for family meetings and events, including (vegan) catering. Right in front of the house is a forest with a bike path and numerous lakes. I'll be happy to provide further information.
