The house is perfectly situated for hiking trips, but Bonn and Cologne are also easily accessible.

Villa Flora on the Rheinsteig, ideal for hiking

Villa Flora is located directly by the forest. In about 100 m, a forest path leads up to the Rhine trail - an ideal location as a starting point for hikes. The house is a semi-detached house, surrounded by a lovingly designed garden, with fireplace, herbal spiral, two sun loungers and enough seating. In the living room is a wood-burning stove and piano. On request, we can build the second bedroom (bed 220x130) into the living room. Then the red sofa is replaced by 2 armchairs.

On cooler days, in addition to the central heating, the well-dried wood in the fireplace brings cozy warmth and a crackling atmosphere into the spacious living/dining room. Cozy feel-good cottage at the foot of the Drachenfels. Newly renovated and lovingly furnished half-timbered house, small and very cozy. Perfect for 2 people, but 4 people can also be accommodated here. On the first floor, a new kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave, fully automatic coffee maker, dishwasher and large fridge awaits you. There is also a modern bathroom with shower and a sofa bed for 2 people. A staircase leads to a cozy bedroom and living room.

My small terraced house has three floors, is about 100 square meters and stands on a plot of almost 300 square meters. I live in the house and move out when guests come. The Rhine and Bonn International School are about 1 km away. The Rhine meadow, the Postbank, the WCCB and Telekom are within a maximum of 4 km. Dogs are very welcome. Since I have very old neighbors and the house is very light-hearted, parties and events are prohibited. Night rest: 10 pm

Otherwise, 2 adults are always counted per room. It is located on our private farm right next to our own estate tavern and opposite our Rhöndorf inn. You can also rent e-bikes on request or taste our wines from the Weingut Haus im Turm in our estate tavern.
